    Hi girls!

Sorry I have been a little bit quiet, but seeing all the good news and rooting for you all! Just trying to pace myself a little bit this month.

Saffy- woohoo! Congrats that is fantastic news! Good luck for the transfer and look after yourself.

N2L- way to go, hoping this little eggie is the one!

Joeve and Porsche- good luck for Monday!

Good luck to all of you that are already in the TWW.

I have a question for you guys too... do you exercise when TTC? I have been doing this wierd thing where I go to the gym early on in the cycle but then when I get closer to ovulation and on the TWW I'm scared to exercise. I not a gym junkie or anything and am naturally quite lazy, but I do feel mentally better after going to the gym. Also I tend to eat junk food and lots of chocolate when I'm not going, but I'm a bit better when I'm going because I think more about what I'm eating. Do you guys change your exercise regime during the cycle??

Lots of love and good baby wishes xxx

    Hi girls,

I had another blood test today, nurse rang back this afternoon and said that nothing really is happening in there She said perhaps I might just be having a long cycle but ill go back again on Wedensday for another one. I'm feeling a bit down tonight, I dont really know why but i'm just very emotional (was crying on the ad for the olympics watching the Aussies win - WTF?!) I have had really bad headaches for the last couple of days but todays was shocking! I've been in bed most of the afternoon, have got up to watch Beaconsfirld on tele - although DH works in a mine so probably not going to help on the emotional front.

Lyra - My FS tells me to exercise as you normally would, just nothing to harsh. Around egg pick up I normally dont exercise much because I suffer extreme bloating, but in the TWW I normally just walk.

    Another big hug for amy.

Lyra I do exercise and this tww even I have exercise more than usual. I go to PT and she tells me to keep my heart rate at Max140 ish. I have a heart rate monitor which helps. Other cycles I haven't. And during stim it's hard because it hurts. But I figure if I have been doing it for years it's not going to hurt. But I wouldn't start anything new that's for sure. When I stay home and sit oon the couch trying to make it stick it just messes with my head!!!
In fact it all messes with my head - although this tww us better than usual. I guess it's cause I matter of factly don't think it's going to work and the next plan is to lose weight before another stim. Stressful but I know it needs to be done. Seriously I hate that there's an expiry date.... Just wish I knew when that was....

just had a baby and was complaining to my sister in law..... "oh we had such a perfect life... And now we are barely sleeping and wife has mastitis and is in ."..... Seriously people are so dumb..,. Just assume its going to be crap and you won't sleep.... It's the long term you are working on..... Id have your life any day mister....

Amy-, its so frustrating, don't panic yet, things can change overnight. xxx
myturn-thats annoying, why do people think they are going to get sleep when they have a baby? Hope this is the one for you hun xx
lyra- I don't exercise when stimming (on acupuncturist orders) as you need all your energy to grow eggs. In twws I would do gentle exercise, not cardiac and on natural cycles, anything goes! I'm not an exercise head either but I just lost weight and was getting fit doing workouts, so having to stop for this stim was annpoying and I feel like i lost anything I had gained fitness wise, hopefully it will be worth it.
Vic- ggod luck for transfer today!!

Transfer day for me too, will be very nervous to hear how my embies are going, hopefully 2 are ok. Its at 1pm so send me your thoughts then
Just about to give myself my first clexane of this cycle- boo- and had my pregnyl yesterday and nearly vomited a few hrs later at work- thats got to be a first for me morning sickness before I am even PUPO!!

Saffy - Good luck with the transfer, sending you lots of sticky vibes!

Amy - Hugs for you. Am keeping my fingers knees and toes crossed your cycle will progress soon and you can go on to the next stage...

Lyra - My FS said I can do gentle exercise like a walk, can't do stuff that makes you sweat heaps, am not allowed to go push bike riding (but with meds I didn't feel like it anyhow...). I have been taking my dog for a walk mostly twice a day, shorter than usual, normally I go for 2 half hour walks, but now during my first IVF cycle didn't manage more than 15 - 20 minutes. I used to go to boot camp before I started IVF, did that for 2 months and lost some weight. But that definitely makes you sweat heaps and I was working out outside in 39 degrees!

Joeve - good luck on epu! Fingers crossed for you as well!

Vic - good luck with your transfer (is it today?) - lots of sticky vibes for you as well...

AFM The end of the TWW is near, just had the blood test done, now the wait has started for the phone call. I'm really scared to find out, have no idea either way. Did POAS yesterday, showed up neg first, then later on 2nd line showed, argh, the test says to ignore changes after a certain time, but don't know exactly when it started showing the 2nd line, so hopefully a blood test will be more accurate...

Saffy, Joeve and Me4ever, I hope you are off celebrating a successful day and that everything has gone to plan.
Vic I think today was your big day too - so lots of sticky vibes to you also.

Well I'm officially going to let myself believe that we are doing a cycle . I had a scan and bt today and at cd17 we have one dominate follicle on the right side and some (up to 20) small/tiny ones on the left. So no cancellation - I feel so excited to have achieved this lol. Looking at triggering on Friday or Saturday and then tsi. Slow and steady seems to have one the race for us. Now just to make sure those soldiers don't get lost on the way to my egg! Just spoke to DH, we were planning on a few days down south but since we need to stay close to the clinic we are going to go and have a couple of nights in a hotel in the city and be tourists of Perth. Might as well add some romance to this whole thing.

Thinking of you all and hoping that you are all that bit closer to your longed for bfp.

    Hi Ladies

Just really quickly. We are PUPO! 2x 5AA embies on board. BT is in 12 days time. So the 5th May. But with my POAS addiction I'll be doing that early. No pregnyl boosters this time cause of my large haul.

Vic - Hope all went well today. When is your BT?

Saffy - Woo Hoo your PUPO! Great news. So that makes 3 of us who had TF today?

Hi Keta, Amy and Saffy (and the rest might have already read it in the tww thread.
Half positive news for me, there is HCG in my blood, but it's still a bit too low (39 at the moment), am going to do another blood test on Thursday and hopefully it will have gone up to a 100. Otherwise it's me out of the race this month... So still PUPO I suppose...
