Meg - Congrats on being PUPO!! Well done on a blasti, especially one thats just starting to hatch. Thats really, really good. I know a few girls on here who have had hatching blastis have gotten a BFP, so fingers crossed its one for you too.
Ker - Congrats to you to on being PUPO. Its definately an exciting, but anxious time. I am so pleased that your cycle went ahead after last time.
Andie - Welcome to our thread. If you want me to add you to the list let me know.
Strawberry - Good luck for your FS appointment tomorrow.
Saffy - Not long to go now xxx
myturn - A big hello to you xxx
N2L - Any sign of AF? I cant remember if you have long cycles.
Thanks Vic, this is my third blasti transfer (the embryos created from my first stim were day 3-ers) and both this one and the last FET they thawed beautifully and had just moved into the hatching stage. I know I am really lucky to have such good quality embryos but we still need one to stick. It's frustrating that we get to this point without any problem then seem to hit a brick wall. I had surgery last year to clean up my endometriosis, I'm only borderline for treatment of NK cells and the Clexane is being thrown in for good measure this time because it's becoming a bit of a mystery as to why it's not working... Hopefully this time will be different.
hi vic - i am cd 17, thankyou - would love to be added to the list. just waiting for FET, hoping next week sometime... ovulation is taking its time this month, not quite there yet.
mia - with my last epu, i was sure there was nothing going on in there bc i didnt feel bloated & sore (like the previous 3 epu's). i didnt feel anything really, and that was the cycle that i got the most eggs collected. even with the scans & BT's, sometimes you just never know what goes on in there! hoping you get a great haul!
meg - i understand your frustration, i hope this blasty decides to do you a favour and hang around for 9 months... i too have good quality embies, no real reason why they havent worked. the amount of time i have spent on google trying to find a reason...
Meg and Kerbear congrats on being PUPO!!! May your little embies stick and bring you your long awaited baby.
Andie - I highly recommend the pampering, I can't believe how good I feel. glad that you found us here, it has been a great support to me and I hope we can all do the same for you. Wishing you all the best for your FET.
Vic - hope you are surviving the tww as best possible.
Hi to everyone else!
AFM - Not a lot happening, just doing my jabs and hoping so much that this cycle is a bit quicker this time so DH is home when I do my trigger shot. I caught up with a friend who will be induced within a week (find out the date today) last night for dinner. I was quite nervous as her pregnancy tied in with our last cycle without the fs (silly I know but it seems to be a trigger for me). It actually went really well (I don't know why I get nervous, she and the other girl I caught up with always say the right thing) and I am now looking forward to meeting her baby. Thank goodness for great friends!

Welcome Andie.......FX for getting on with it soon.
Mia.....gl for the 24th.....exciting to be at this end of it after so long
Hey everyone else......
AFM.....trigger tomorrow night.....have EPU on Saturday morning. Have escaped without any blood tests and only two scans.....yippee! I am such a sook. Have gone a bit alternative in the last week or so with acupuncture and mugwort.....hasn't hurt and has been kind-a-cool for DH and I to spend 10mins everyday psyching the follies up. I know he thinks it is bs, but no worries, he is doing it! Also found some royal jelly tablets so no yucky taste. Anyway, have a happy end of week everyone .......hope lovely things happen to you all. K.
Kimbe :jump: YAY well done!
Sarah4Kurt - love the name
Vic,Planet Sasha and all the other lovely ladies in here!
AFM - VERY nervous about EC tomorrow, not sure what scares me more, the thought of being awake for it all (cos maybe the sedative isnt too strong I dont know?)
OR thinking about HOW many good follies they get and for me tomorrow ladies. I'll be going in at 7am but prob be doing the EC at about 8 cos DH has to do his job (LOL) at 7:45am. He's not happy about having to do it at the hospital but I joke around about nurses giving him a helping hand and he laughs. Here's hoping he doesnt fre@k out tomorrow! I'm trying to just focus on me and one thing at a time.
Anyone remember EC and how that went for them, as in did you fall asleep with the sedative or feel anything?
Mia, GL for your EPU hun. Don't worry about waking up as it's really heavy sedation, so you won't remember anything. You just wake up and feel like you've only been out for a minute or so! I wasn't even sore afterwards, but asked for 2 panadol just in case the pain came when we were driving. They put a needle in my hand and then I remember this heavy sleepy feeling and that's it!!! Much better than being put under with a general where they stick a tube down your throat! Will be thinking of you an hope they collect lots of nice eggies
kimbe - only just joined this thread, but congrats!
sarah4kurt - hi, hope the second needle went well today! goodluck.
kashby - i am switching to your clinic - i have had 4 BT's already, just for a FET... you have done very well well to escape the extra prodding. goodluck with your epu sat.
mia - i remember stressing about waking up during my first epu, but the only thing i remember is thinking 'this sedative thingy is not going to work on...'. then nothing! the next thing i remember is being gently woken up by a nurse, tucked up in bed. i havent had any real pain afterwards either, just period like cramps occassionally afterwards. more like you have a bruise on the inside. i only had to use a heatpack, panadol with one on of them. best of luck!
hi to everyone else
afm - still waiting for ovulation.... on cd 19 now and wish that it would just happen already. get todays BT results tomoz, so fingers crossed.
Rhi Chi Chi - CD23 7 day post transfer
Vic261 - CD 19 5 day post transfer 2 x day 2 embryo BT 05.03.12
Meg76 - CD19 3 day post transfer 1 x day 5 embryo
Kerbear - CD22 3 day post transfer 1 x day 3 embryo
Congratulations Kimbe. Its wonderful news and I couldn't be happy for you both. Enjoy a healthy 9 months.
Mia - Good luck for tomorrow hun. Its a simple procedure and you wont feel anything when they put you to sleep. They explain what they are doing and next thing you know your in your bed wrapped up in a warm blanket and hubby holding your hand. Fingers crossed for good numbers. I have been really sore this time around. I am only just feeling better today and my EPU was last Thursday. Still bloated, but thats probably the prog more than anything. I used a heat pack and plain panadol. My clinic said not to use panadol rapid as it has a anti inflamitory in it and thats a no no for embedding.
Kashby - Good luck for Saturday hun. Fingers crossed for you too, that you get good numbers.
Ker - Sorry to hear that your other little embies didn't make it. It would have been nice to have a back up, but fingers crossed you wont need it!!
Hi Planetsasha, Andie, Sarah4kurt, N2L and myturn and everyone else.
Saffy - Sorry to hear your news
AFM - Still sore (.)(.) and a head cold. DH still away, although he is home tomorrow and goes again Monday. It seems he will miss all of this TWW. Have a great night ladies. The first week has gone relatively fast for a change. I think having the week off work and not obsessing on BB has helped
