Aww thanks girls - you really all are so wonderful. I so wish that we didn't have to travel down this path, but I am so happy to have met all of you.

    Mia to answer your questions:
    1. From memory I was on 125 of puregon per day (my stim cycle was back in 2008). It took me a while to get to EPU as I was a little slow responding, but I got there eventually. 12 eggs were collected and 8 fertilised. 1 transferred at that time and resulted in a BFN. When I did my FET in 2008 that resulted in my daughter - it was HRT (so a medicated FET). I still only had one transferred, but they had to defrost 2 as the first one did not survive defrost.
    2. Each time I have had a day 2 embie transferred and only one at a time. This time I did a natural FET but did have Progesterone Pessaries in the 2 week wait. Waiting to find out if I need to continue these or not.
    3. I have had some symptoms - but they come and go. A lot of stretching and cramping on and off in my uterus. My BB's aren't really sore, but heavier and sort of tingling. I have been having reflux on and off also and a metallic taste in my mouth. A small aversion to some smells but nothing major. Some pain in the ovary that I know I ovulated from. Some mild feeling of being a little off - not really nauseous - just not quite normal.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Girls,
Also just wanted to share a quick story from yesterday. Had a girlfriend from interstate who knows what we have gone through announced her pregnancy to me via a picture message of her bump and an ultrasound pic... Where does that rate on the insensitivity scale?! Obviously I am happy for her but wow, seriously?? Going into yet another FET this month, I have been doing everything I can to stay positive and focused and that made me feel really sucky. I haven't responded. Not sure whether to be gracious, tell her how out of line she is, or do nothing at all. Thoughts??
Aw meg, i know exactly how you feel i have been going through this with one of my friends in particular (she has her little boy now) and like the other girls have said she is completely oblivious to others around her & their feelings, people like us who are struggling with fertility. .. even though she knows the situation i am in! when i got my msgs, i waited to respond till i cooled down a little and i was probably a little more blunt than i needed to be, but i felt like crap reading them and really couldnt muster up much more than a congrats etc..i feel ya pain. hang in there :-) x

Been off for what? 36hrs and there's a BFP in here - YAY JANIE!!!! Congratulations That is just so very awesome and exciting for you
Saffy - yay for PUPO, hope emby is starting to find that sticky niche
Vic - you're a legend on the table of progress, honestly, i know we all say it but it is a mammoth task you are undertaking just doing that and it is so very much apreciated by us all.

AFM - The "elephant man" purpling of my bruised eye and head is slowly decreasing in size. DH took me to the movies today to get out of the house and it felt like every second person was staring at my face and then giving DH daggers. I wanted to scream from the roof tops that they are way off target! Poor DH.
My belly is absolutely bloated and looks like i'm about to explode too. It is totally distended and very uncomfortable, i wasn't prepared for this physical reaction so it's thrown me completely. Any tricks on hiding it so they still do the ET on Sunday?? I know if they think there's a risk of OHSS they wont proceed with ET. I started Crinone yesterday, forgot how delightful that gunk is lol. Oh,and got an sms from the FC telling me that the emby's are still growing well which is great given my paranoia about them reaching day 5 blasts. Less than 48hrs to go little emby's and then one of you get's to come home to mumma

Have a great weekend everyone. Sorry no real personals as there's been way too much chatter in here for me to follow, let alone comment on sincerely just now, but know, you are all in my thoughts. xx

Quick question ladies, with the trigger injection is that just given in your tummy like the puregon jabs?? I've seen on you tube some ppl give them in the b*TT but I'm not sure if thats an american thing

    Ladies

Just popping in to say hello and I hope you are all having a great weekend.
Tip for the day, I went to get something nice for V day to get DH in the "mood", what covers the little tummy roll developed by the puregon and jabbing I'm doing? A corsett!! YAY! LOL

A day of rain hail and shine in my home town...hope you're all having a good one.
Mia - definitely wherever your FS instructed you but i have both rounds been in the belly, even if you're a skinny mini you ned to squeeze the small roll on the belly (but not too close to the belly button!). As for a V Day corsett, gr8 idea lol! ... no doubt DH adores you more now anyway, just rom watching you do the needles, i know my DH did, it definielty reached a new level of admiration and appreciation from him

How's everyone else?? I feel i need to check out the TWW forum now, i haven't done that yet but there are so many in there on the list. Thinking of you all!! xx

    Hello lovely ladies,

How are you all going? Im at work today so have been checking in when I get a chance.

I'm just plodding along in my TWW. Blood test is on Wednesday and i'm getting very impatient!!! Have very sore boobs. The cramping in my tummy has eased off a bit now, smells are fine, I have been eating a lot more though.

    Hi ladies,

Had EPU today, 8 eggs collected and will know Monday how many fertilised then when ET is. I am really uncomfortable and sore from today. I feel like I have bad period paid crossed with having to do a really big fluff. I read my post op stuff and it says it can be like this for up to a week - surely not this painful? Crickey if I am going to be like this for a week I'll need to take time off work. Oh & does anyone know why I need a blood test in 16 days even if I get my period - seems odd

    Amy - GL for Wednesday

    Yay rhi

The pain settles after a couple of days but there's still a little bit for a few more days after that - you'll be fine

The blood test is just in case there is an eptopic pregnancy which AF may hide. I thought it was weird too but it is kinda nice to get it tested for sure.

If AF does arrive it may be more painful than usual. I found it terrible! Was the worst period I've ever had! Here's hoping she doesn't do that to me again this week !!!
Rest up and make sure you are looked after.

Ps Vic - as of Saturday I'm at day 29 - if AF is gunna arrive it will be Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest I reckon.
