Thought I pop my head in to see how you all are doing

Got a question, does anyone here do Acupunture with the cycles and would anyone recommend it.

Juniper - I was sorry to read that your cycle was cancelled. I hope you have better luck next time.

Dayelle - I would definitely recommend acupuncture. I did it 3 times in my first IVF cycle (day before EPU, day before transfer and straight after transfer) and we got a chemical pregnancy. Once I realised acupuncture wasn't as bad as I first thought it would be I started doing it weekly leading up to my next FET cycle, plus the day before EPU, morning of and straight after transfer, plus I continued through my TWW. We got a BFP on that FET. I guess it may have happened anyway but I certainly found the acupuncture helped me to relax, feel more centred and if nothing else I am sure the reduced stress levels helped. Good Luck.
