There seems to be so many people on here that I'm finding it hard to keep up with everything ... no doubt over then next couple of weeks I will get to know everyone very well!! Anyway here is my first attempt to cover it all !!

FOA - thanks everyone for welcoming me into the chat. It means a lot.

MelissaI and Loops12 - good luck today - I'm really nervous for you!! But it will all go great and lots of good eggies will be collected!!

MissK - wishing you all the luck for Friday!!

Emerald Star - wishing you all the luck on your 2WW (from what I see of this thread, I wouldn't want to leave either!!)

Lairdoz - I hope that all goes well this morning!!

Renee - I'm very keenly reading your posts as I should start the injections next week!! I haven't really had any side effects from the nasal spray (only REALLY sore breasts - not sure if thats normal - but NO moodiness!! ) - Seems like the bloating is normal through from the threads ...

AFM - I should start my injections next week sometime - so there is no big developments yet!!

    I hope that was everyone!!

    Hi everyone,

I must admit I love this thread and do not want to transfer over to the 2ww. So I think I will just stay right here

Emerald star, I was wondering if you got the message and I totally understand, I know what transfer day is like.

AFM: Well the 2ww hasn't bothered me at all this cycle, I was just concentrating on getting to the NK Cell Test without getting sick and this morning I did the NK cell test , so now just have to wait for the results.

Has anyone on this Thread done Uterine Biopsy to test for NK Cells ????
As I would love to ask some questions via PM

Good luck everyone with your cycles.
    Take care

    Loops, how you doing?
Emerald Star - hang in there chicken, I am sure that I will be up there in the insane 2ww stakes in a few days!!!

    Hi all,

Melissal - that is great news! GL for the rest of the week hope it all goes well.

Loops12- i hope everything went well for you today.

Mum-2-be - Hi this is my 2nd round and have found bloating to be common after a couple of days on the injections. I have a lot more ovary pain (feels like that is where it is) this time round and i'm very emotional. Just walked in the door from work and burst into tears DH thought something was seriously wrong Everyone reacts differently, GL with it all.

Laridoz - GL to you also, hope ET went well.

ATM - i am an emotional basket case today, getting anxious about fridays scan, which i then have a job interview an hr after my scan.

All the best to anyone else i missed

Melissal - That's great news - hope you are resting now as it takes a bit out of you and you need to rest for the new bubba about to settle in. I would be interested to know about the empty follicles as my cousin also went through IVF and we were just talking last week about what the ratio of empty follices is/should be.

Loops12 - Hope everything went well for you today.

Renee - Hi! big hug - hope you start to feel better - I am sure that Friday will be fine and that you will be great at your interview.
Emerald Star/Danyelle - Hope you aren't going insane just yet!

littlegem_98 - Hope the injections aren't too sore and those eggies are growing nicely.
mum-2-be - I hope you are getting excited in preparation for next week.
    Hi to anyone I missed

AFM - My embie grew from 8 cells to 12 before the transfer but I told the embryologist I didn't want to know as it only gets me attached and hopeful which makes any negatives even worse! After I finished the nurse came and the first question she asked me was 'do you have any other embies in the freezer' - I wanted to slap her! didn't make me feel too hopeful then!
Do we have to transfer to a 2WW forum? I haven't found one if I am supposed to go there!

Hi Melissal - only 4 of my 10-11 initially fertilised so I know exactly how you feel. No-one tells you before you first stim cycle that there are so many hurdles to go through. But on a positive note, I ended up with my DD as she was one of the 4, and on day 2/3 another of the embryos fertilised so I ended up with 5 in total. I am glad by FS didn't take them to blast given I had so few.

Truebabe - hope you are feeling better this morning

Hope to hear some good news from all you ladies today!

    The results are in!

    Hi wonderful people

WOW - so many people in here - gone a couple of days and can't keep up now.
Im going to try and keep it quick so that I can got back to the couch and recuperate after EPU yestie.

Emerald ~ thanks for the laughs - I'm going to need some good distractions this week. Hope your Eggies are doing well.

BJ ~ So sorry hun for you neg result - hang in there, it'll happen when time is right. Big hugs

Mum-2-be - welcome and all the very best.

Melissal ~ Good work with the 13! Sorry you are disappointed that only 5 fertilised. I only have 1 more than you, dont be too dis-heartened as those 5 could be fantastic. We are all different - I only got 7 at collection. Hang in there and stay pos hun for your up-coming transfer. Big Hugs xo

Trubabe ~ Yuck, you poor thing. I'd be going to the docs but Im glad you are starting to feel a bit better. Im so pleased your lap result was a great 1!

MissK ~ All the very best for your EPU hun, FX and sending positive vibes your way.

Murraycod ~ thanks for your PM, Ive written back. I used to live at Swan Hill and work at Piangil

Hi to all those Ive missed and I wish you all the very best with your cycles.

AFM ~ EPU yestie went well - woke up feeling pretty good. They got 7 eggs and found out 1st thing this morning that 6 were mico-injected (ICSI) and they all fertilised. Not sure why the 7th wasnt injected - prob quality not strong enough. So 6 eggs that will hoepfully make to to blasty (5days), will be good quality and hoping we get a good transfer and some to freeze, FX. We have 1 less than last time. Was hoping for a little better but honestly can't complain with the result Transfer will be Sunday - Valentines Day!

Juniper - our wee 5 are already ICSI. 10 of the 13 eggs were injected but only 50% success rate for us
Lairdoz - thank you, you have given me a bit more hope. I know it only takes one but we just felt so disheartened at 5 from 13 on day 1 . In our littl info book, it said that the aim is 5 day but bfore our EPU we were given th option of 2 or 3 day.
Loops - 6 from 7, thats awesome!! Hoping they do all they should so you can get to blasty. Was talking to my sister after I posted this morning and she was all excited about our 5, even fessing up that she was a bit teary which is nice, cheered me up a bit. I really think after 13 eggs, we got our hopes up a little bit too much, we will know better if there (which hopefully not) is a net time
Sorry to have sounded so negative earlier, I'd been on Facebook just before it and read how excited and proud my crazy b!tch-face SIL is of her 16 year old daughter who is 34 weeks preggo. Ugh, how to kick you when your down huh!!!! However, feeling much more cheerful now after a little rant and rave. Can I just ask, how do your DH deal with news that isn't quite as good as you'd like? Have a very sad DH today, I think he feels like he hasn't kept up his end of the deal which is silly of him cos we're in it together
