    Hi girls,

Just a quick one from me now. Will come back tomorrow and respond to you all properly.

Just thought I'd give you an update. Had a BT this morning which shows I have ovulated so it looks like AF should arrive in about a fornights time. That will means it could be almost a 60 day cycle. Sigh. So there is nothing I can do but wait. More waiting, you think I'd be better at it by now, but no. If AF arrives by 5th April then I might squeeze in a FET before we leave for an overseas trip at the end of the month. It not... well I'll be devastated again. Feeling really angry with my body not playing the game. I think another of my friends is pregnant too, and whilst they haven't announced it yet, I am already struggling not to be insanely jealous. I think I'm crazy.

ReeRee- how exciting for you. I am also starting my first IVF cycle this month if AF ever turns up ( already quite late). I am heading into the clinic this morning to have my IVF induction with a nurse. Guess we will find out what type of cycle we are doing and what meds/dosages I will be on. I'm feeling a little excited about it all now but I'm sure that will all go away when the Jabs start. Nice to know I have another buddy going through this at the same time. Good luck.

Vic- that was great news hun.

Jane - Congrats on ovulating finally . Any chance your in the TWW? I can move you on the list if you want

Ree*Ree - Welcome. Do you want me to add you to the list? Any chance your in the TWW also? My Gonal F was 225iui the first time then upped to 262.5iui the second time. I was on Cetrotide and then Ovadril for trigger. Scan & BT usually cd 9, EPU usually cd12. All the very best for your first go at IVF

Mrs Mac - FX that AF turns up soon too. Good luck with your induction.

Bee27 - AF should be here any day. Mine usually comes 3 days after I stop taking it.

Hi to everyone else in here.

AFM - Not much to report. Doesn't even feel like I am in the TWW, which is kind of nice. Maybe since I am not focusing on it, it will work lol. If only it were that easy

Jane and ReeRee - yay for O. Hope the tww goes quickly and ends with excitement.

KritKit - Congrats on being PUPO! Stick little one stick.

Mrs Mac - Hope things go well for you and your ready to start very soon.

Bee27 - sending you af vibes. The waiting sucks and always seems to make pregnant bellies and newborns so much more obvious. Hugs.

Vic - I hope it is that easy (although I don't think if your in this thread even a natural surprise can be called easy). Bring on a sticky bub for you.

Myturn - how are you? Did your bt confirm your thoughts?

AFM - plodding along. Still not feeling any action in the ovaries but have woken up with a swollen eye (who knows what that is about!). Hoping tomorrows bt reveals the need for a scan on Monday and trigger sometime next week, although I had to pick up another vile of puregon so I'm thinking it could be a while away.

Hope everyone has had a good week and have a relaxing weekend planned.

Mrs Mac and Ree Ree - Congrats on starting on your IVF journey. It can be a little scary and overwhelming at first but I've found the support here amazing.

Bee - I hate waiting too. Hoping you dont have to wait too much longer.

Keta - fingers crossed you can trigger next week. Hope your eye is ok too.

Vic - It would be so amazing if your TWW ended with a pleasant ending - hey miracles have go to be possible don't they?

AFM - well yes Vic I think I am technically in the TWW and whilst we DTD around the time of O I really have given up all hope of ever conceiving naturally. So really just wish AF would come so I can try a FET. I realise that IVF doesn't work for everyone but I guess I've put all my eggs in that basket hoping desperately it might work for us. But feel free to move me to the TWW list with AF due between 3rd and 5th April (i'm guessing)

Hoping all you lovely ladies have an excellent weekend!!!

    Hi girls,

I have been stalking you all for a while... can I join in? I've been a bit reluctant as I'm not handling all this well, and I think BB might make me more obsessive if that's possible, but I've decided as I'm thinking and obsessing every minute of every day already, it can't get any worse can it??!!

My story is of PCOS and anovulation. I am extremely lucky to have a DS who is 2.5 conceived with FSH ovulation induction. This was after about a year of trying and failed clomid, but the FSH worked first go. Now we have been trying for about 12/13 months and started FSH OI about 10 months ago. I'm on cycle 7 with 3 negative, 1 cancelled, and 1 chemical pregnancy/very early miscarriage.

This cycle looks like it is going down the toilet, I am CD 18 on 50u puregon and still nothing, just lots of little follicles. They don't want to up my meds, because the last time this happened, they upped them and I ended up with lots of big follicles and had to cancel. The whole cycle took about 6/7 weeks and I was a wreck at the end, not to mention that they missed my next cycle because they didn't believe that I was having my period with some very light bleeding, so I had to wait FOREVER for another cycle. I have asked if that happens again can I switch to IVF and harvest the eggs as I don't think I can take another wasted cycle.

I have to continue over the weekend same dose and another scan on Monday.

I'm not really caught up with everyone's story but I'm hoping that everyone else is hanging in there. This is an endurance sport isn't it? I hate the WAITING!!!! I feel like my whole life is on hold. Good luck everyone xxx

Hi lyra stardust. We have similar stories. I'm doing OI using FSH injections too. I'm currently on my forth cycle (2 negative, one cancelled and in the middle of one). I too am not sure how this cycle is going to go. I have not responded this time to the 50u of puregon so every alternate day I am now taking 75. Crazy when last cycle was cancelled for too many follicles, low hormone levels and no uterine lining. Anyway, just wanted to welcome you (I'm in Perth too) and wish you all the best.

    Hi girls

seems like there are a few new names in here welcome to all

Good luck to everyone wherever you are in your cycle. I will come back and do personals when I'm on my computer. But for now I'll be a bit selfish and update.

Been a busy week in our household. After spotting late Tuesday and a lightish AF in Wednesday Bt on Thursday confirmed the BFN a couple of sucky days and I think I'm okay. DH had to put his dog down this morning - had lymphoma and a very good friend had a workplace accident and lost fingers last night so h went to surgery today - a couple saved but basically little finger and half of middle is gone
thats three crappy bits of news this week - hopefully that's it for us for a while!!!

So:.... Back to the ttc stuff:.... Decided that as DH will be overseas for work in may we will do the FET this month and if no luck it's another stim cycle so win him away it's a good time to go on pill - and/or take time off to lose weight.

Spent lunch with my dad crying - funny how dads can be good at this sometimes!!! But think I'm okay. I said this last month - but again - it certainly helps having a little frozen embie as backup.

Enjoy your weekends ladies and its a good reminder that bad crap happens and we should not become complacent - look after yourselves xxx

Vic and Jane - CONGRATS ON PUPO!!! How awesome would it be if the first of the new run of BFP's was a 'natural' one - FX!!!! (And yeah, yeah - I read the look on your face but would love you both to have to eat your words! )

Hi new people and welcome - to steal a phrase from one of the other ladies here 'I hope your stay with us is short'.

Myturn - What a week for you and DH. I work in the health industry and am reminded every day that despite this (IVF) being my burden, I have so many things to be thankful for - your events made me grateful for the health of my bits that work and that of my family (including dog, cat etc). Glad your dad is so supportive. Yay for the frostie!!! Here's hoping he is THE ONE

AFM Just for a change - nothing new!! Happy Sunday everyone

    Hi Ladies

Sorry I havent been in its been a miserable couple of days. AF still hasnt arrived and Im not sure she will, has anyone else had this happen? Our loan was also declined so now trying once more with our regular bank and if we are again unsuccessful it will be back to the drawing board for us not just in terms of IVF but we were also trying to help out my parents as dad is very ill with cancer and is struggling to pay the bills. So i have been feeling a little bah humbug so i figure i will go off the grid until things are sorted. Best of luck ladies and with any luck I'll be back soon with brighter news.

    Love Beexx

Bee, - sorry to hear of your loan decline and the ill health of your father. Wishing you well over the coming weeks - I hope some options open up for you. Probably not so surprising AF being erratic with the pressure you are under. Hope will sort herself out. Thinking of you

Saffy - you have been quiet, doing OK?

LyraStardust - you are soooo not alone in your feelings of frustration at all you are going through. Make sure you take some time to be nice to yourself and forget about this, if possible! And yes, BB can be an obsession but come and go as you wish - we'll all be here in some form, wishing you well

Hi Bee27- that really sucks about the loan, I'm so sorry that it was declined. It sounds like extra stress that you just don;t need right now., Hang in there, and I hope that your regular bank can help you out.

Keta- yes it sounds like we're doing the same thing! I think I;m still not responding so preparing myself for the worst tomorrow. It seems like I either respond nicely straight away or not at all. I hope yopu get some nice follies and can trigger soon!

Myturn- wow not much to say except sorry you've had such a crazy week and I hope things will turn around for you soon xxx It's good that you have a frostie if your DH is away so praying that is a very very sticky one.

Hi to everyone else- I;m really sorry I haven't got my head round who's who yet. But to ALL of us, boo to the waiting and fingers crossed for lots of BFP's coming up soon xxx

AFM- just quietly going crazy. I swear I think about this stuff literally EVERY second. I have some counselling booked in for april 14th so hoping that will help me step off the loony train and back into the normal world soon. I fear I am jeopardizing friendships cos deep down I can't be happy for their pregnancies and they can tell. Feel like a horrible person.

    Good luck to all!
