LT TTC & Assisted Conception Nov-Dec 2010

Went and had my first blood test in over a year today!! It's for prior to starting a stim cycle. Now just waiting for AFM. Have fully weened the boy, but i still have a tiny bit of milk left, so waiting for it to go go go. Hopefully then AF will return and it will be all systems go.

Merry christmas to all. I hope you make it through the holidays with your sanity in tact. This time can be hard for some and i hope you are all ok! Big hugs and look forward to loads and loads of BFPs in 2011.

Oneday, Loops, I'm know what you're saying.... have been struggling a bit in my head. I've found tears in my eyes have caught me by surprise at random moments over the last couple of weeks - like it's just all sitting there beneath the surface. I think the lead up to Xmas has made it harder. My cycle is all over the shop again and FS clinic closed for the year before I was due for BT's So I will be relying on OPK's and charting to try and pinpoint O (currently late) and time booster shots while we're on the road...

sorry to all who didn't get their BFP's before the year wraps up.... and I hope everyone manages to relax and laugh over the next week or so... maybe even try to forget about TTC even for a couple of hours!! best wishes to all and sorry I haven't written to you all individually.

Haven't been here for a while as am going natural over xmas, then will be back for an FET in Feb- I think there might be a few joining me then? Hopefully we can all get bfps together FX

I know lots are struggling with this time of year and not getting our miracles yet so for this christmas season, and I hope it is a productive year for us all in 2011 xxx

Nicoleh- how is your tww going? Sorry you didn;t get any to freeze, I would feel disappointed too, I truely hope you don't need them xx

LMM-BOOOO to clinics closing over christmas! Hope you manage to catch the eggy without them lol I know what you mean about being teary- I thought I was ok but had a sook this morning unexpectedly to you over chrissie

AFM- well to put a positive spin on this last week of the year- at least my AF came early and will be finishing by xmas day ( and mean I will be starting natural FET cycle sooner)- otherwise BLAH to not being UTD by the end of 2010! Next year has to be our year girlies

Although its has been a difficult year of dissappointment for us all I hope next year things start looking up and there are lots of BFPS. yogi- how is your tww going? I can't believe you have done so many cycles, you must be one tough cookie! I am hoping & praying this is the one for you.

AFM: the past few days I have felt awful, very tired, lots of cramps and backache. Today it is 9dp5dt and at 4am while I was lying awake I decided to get up and POAS - I got 2 lines!!!! I can't believe it BUT after what happened last cycle i do not want to get too excited. I will POAS again on Wed and see what the line is doing (it is quite strong) and I am hoping and praying my BT on Thurs has a good result - then I will let myself get excited.

nicole....WHOHOOOOO!!!! Thats excellent! You are UTD for sure. although i know what you mean about not getting too excited, unfortunately getting an initial postive doesn't guarantee a baby at the end....but certainly a very VERY good start!!!.....everything crossed for you

I have been fairly relaxed lately, have kind of resigned myself to this cycle not working at all, being such a bad cycle. But the last few days i've been having slight cramping (i'm 10DPO today), my last pregnancies i had the same thing around this time. Not getting excited though....as i said, a positive to me now doesn't mean much. Its a very sad way to be but i am very protective of my heart now and refuse to let my hopes run away with me....in saying that i will still POAS (i'm such a sucker for those horrible sticks!!) probably do one on wednesday.

AFM, still no O and on CD18.... OPK isn't even giving me a faint line (I was getting faint lines up till 2 days ago), so if it happened this month maybe I missed it!
We had a great Xmas and we're still away visiting family....

Hi everyone! Well just wanted to share something with you... My 6 year old niece said to me today "you and Uncle Aiden are married, sleep together but you don't have a baby, why not?" She said this in front of my mum, I just joked that we have our dog Spud and he is my furbaby! So embarrassing!!!!!!!

afm - I poas again this morning and the line is darker, this is also the furtherest I have gone in a cycle with no spotting/bleeding. BT is tomorrow and I am praying for good numbers!!

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I'm hoping that you guys might know something about pregnyl 1500ui leaut. phase support? I am doing IUI, o'd on 18th/19th dec, and 1500 pregnyl shots on 23rd and 26th. How long is it likely to stick in your system?

I only ask becasue I'm a POAS addict and I got a second line today 4 days post last 1500 shot. I can find definate info about the 2500iu shot (5-7 days), but not sure about the smaller one.
