    Hi ladies

I'm after some advice on preg tests. I used one of my cheapy ebay ones and a faint BFP line came up, so I tried a crystal clear and a faint line came up on that one too. I'm only 11DPO and usually get AF on day 12, so could this be a good sign? I'm feeling very emotional and have had very light cramps, so could this be a BFP or just AF on her way?

Has anyone had a BFP with Crystal Clear that is just very faint?

I'll test again tomorrow, but would love to hear any feedback!
    Hi Mez Moz

That sounds very positive. I'd say that getting a faint line at 11DPO is right. If your still not 100% get your self a digital that way there is no guessing.

I had a faint line at 11DPO with a dip FR. I had cramps that started at about 6DPO I think. They were lower down than my normal AF pains.

It all sounds like a BFP to me. Congratulations!

WOW mez that sounds like great news!!!

I have taken 3 different brands when i got mine and the first two that were just like little sticks that you dip in the urine (not sure of the name sorry) and they were VERY faint i could hardly see the line then the others were first responce tests and a couple of days after my first two tests they showed up pretty dark. If it helps everything ive read says you cant get a false positive so im thinking very good thoughts for you

I think this is going to be everyones year, good luck to all the tww'ers xxoo

    Congrates Mez

    Morning Ladies,

OMG Mez I told you I had a good feeling about this month for you, wow wow wow that is so exciting. I totally believe a congratulations is in order. From everything I have ever heard a positive is a positive even if the line is ridiculously faint. How'd you go this morning, another BFP? I am soooo excited for you!

Hey Tammara, so glad to hear you have had a good a weekend, I hope you have had your feet up and DH has been wonderful to you. Let us know how this week goes and GL for Friday.

Porche let us know how you go with your BT today, GL hun.

Ahurani, yes defiantly at night time, I still get really bad hot flushed but my moods are way better when I take Clomid at night, I took it at around 6.30pm last month (rather than 9.30pm like the previous months) as my dose went up again and I had a fabulous month, the only side effects were hot flushes.

Hey Bec, has AF showed her ugly little head yet? I really hope not, with any luck you and Mez can be UTD together.

Rhi, GL for your 2WW hope the torture is not too much for you.

AFM well I caved and did a PG test on Saturday morning and it was BFN AF then arrived last night. So this was not my month, I'm a little upset today but I was pretty sure that was the case anyway so onto round 7 of Clomid, woo hoo. This will be my 3rd round since the lap so fingers crossed that this is my month.

GL to all the other 2WWers out there, I hope we get some more BFP's this month to join in Mez's great news.

    Hi ladies

I read all your posts yesterday and didn't reply straight away because I was trying not to get too excited, after all it was only 11DPO. But now it's 12 DPO and I did another Crystal Clear test and the line was darker this time. So I think finally, after 20 months of TTC and an endless cycle of hope and disappointment, I now have a BFP! I really can't believe it....in fact I don't think I will believe it until I've done a few more tests over the next few days!

I guess laproscopies and clomid really do work! Can't wait to give my FS a big hug!

Thank you so much for your well wishes... now I'm sure it won't be long until we have another BFP post here very soon.

Keli, you never know, this next round could do it for you - I'm so convinced the lap is what did it for us, so hopefully it will for you too.

Frustrated, good to hear you've got an active bubba in your belly. How exciting!

Tammara, why did your doc expect you to have a bleed? Hope that it's nothing to worry about. Let us know how you go on your ultrasound. How many weeks are you now?

GL to everyone approaching O time, and I hope the 2WWers have some good news soon.

    Hugs to everyone

Oh Mez Moz Yay Yay Yay!!! What is your EDD? I think the lap helped me as well.

I had my FS appointment today and rather than do another POAS or a BT she did the dildo cam lol What is it with me and the dildo cam? Anyway there is 1 happy little sac and 1 beating little heart in there. And I am 6 weeks 1 day UTD lol I knew that anyway lol.

Oh Mez I am so glad it is official, yippee! So does that mean you are about 2weeks UTD? Congrates again honey, great work. Yes I am hoping that this next month is mine, and many others!

Rhi, sorry to be blond here for a second but I’ve forgotten, what is POAS?

Wow Frustrated, 25 weeks already, that had flown by. So glad to hear it is all going well.

Arurani, yes the hot flushes can be fun cant they, hope you are copping ok with them. I will be starting Clomid again on Thursday night so I fingers crossed I only get the hot flushes also.

Porsche, wow 6 weeks already? That is incredible. Will you wait till 12 weeks to tell ppl or have you already started?

I'm feeling a little better this afternoon, well not as grumpy as I was this morning anyway lol

Keli POAS = pee on a stick - preg test

And mez wooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooooo wonder who is next im looking forward to next month and another BFP ladies

As for the possible bleeding, i think it was because the sack had come away from the uterus a little bit and that might be why he expected a bleed. But im thinking (hoping) the bleed i had was because of the sack coming away.

I had ANOTHER blood test today and should get results first thing tomorrow so im hoping my levels are at least 15,000

    Hi ladies
Mez-THAT IS AWESOME NEWS! All sounding great so far! Congrats!
Porsche- glad dildo cam (lol!) showed you the heart beat. How exciting!
Tammara- hopefully all will be well now. Assuming all bleeding has stopped?
Rhi & Keli- AF reared her ugly head on Sunday (2 days late, typical woman!) so I'm officially into month 21 of TTC. Good vibes from this thread, 3 BFP's this month, maybe more soon? (we can only hope)
Frustrated- glad all is well with you!
Everyone else- hope life is being kind to you!

AFM: slightly shattered that AF arrived, although I was expecting it, I guess. FS wants me to start going for scans to check for developing follies, but I'm sure I've been ovulating, so I might be naughty and not do it! I found that going for scans 2 or 3 times a week for 2 or 3 weeks of the month made it very hard to keep TTC from overtaking my whole life. I know I think about it a lot anyway, but the stress of appointmrnt after appointment made it even harder. I'm just trying to trust that I know what's going on. Does that make sense? Does anyone else feel that way?

Stay brave girls. Our journeys can only make us stronger!

Bec - yes the bleed stopped after that first initial bleed.

I think it might be good for you to try and relax with the scans for a month, cant hurt can it and hopefully if your more relaxed it might just happen

is anyone else still in their tww? good luck to those who are

    Hi Ladies

Keli - I know 6 weeks already. Time seems to be flying. We've only told immediate family and I told my boss at work. That's it so far. We are holding off until 12 weeks to tell extended family. That's if I can keep it to myself lol It's very hard.

Bec & keli - I don't know what to say. I know how hard it all is. The constant appointments the "trying" and then only to have AF arrive uninvited. It's a never ending vicious cycle and it's so very heartbreaking. And I used to get soo angry. I felt that we weren't being pro active enough and that it was all a waste of our time. And I know it's easy to say that your turn will come but it will and it will be the most precious gift that only someone who has struggled with this can understand and appreciate. I know every ones journey is different but I really really hope that you both get your BFP's really soon.

    Hey Ladies,

Lol thanks Tammara, I knew I knew what it was but I just forgot , ha ha, thanks for clearing that up for me! Glad to hear the bleeding has stopped, GL for the BT, let us know results.

Hey Bec, So sorry to hear AF arrived totally understand. Hey I think our cycles are totally in sink. My AF arrived on Sunday also and was 2 days late (day 30) so maybe we can be TTC buddies this month? Totally makes sense about not wanting the scans, I think we can all think about it too much at times and have 9 scans in a month means more time off work, more time to think, more time to stress. If you're pretty sure you know you're Oing then I don’t really see the point. Are they concerned that your follicles aren't growing big enough? If so, why is that? How do they know that in the first place? I'm sure you'll make the right decision either way.

Hey Porsche, thanks for the hugs, means a lot. Hopefully this month will be even better than the last and we will get many more BFP's on here, yippee!

AFM so month 37 of TTC is now in process, OMG I seriously cant believe it has been that long, wow! Mind you it feels like eternity. Starting Clomid again on Thursday so fingers crossed this will be our month.

Any more 2WWers out there? GL if so.

And GL for everyone else where ever you are at.

Mez - Awesome news again hun'! Sending you loads of sticky vibes. When will you get bloods done / u/s etc.... (or is that too early to work out?!) So glad you say Clomid & the lap has helped. I am on Clomid, just need to get that lap - hopefully will be done next month if no pg

Keli - I didn't know you were up to month 37, I'm so sorry Do you have a plan of attack if Clomid doesn't work for you this month?

Bec - So sorry that AF showed & late Grrrrrr! I understand about the ttc being in your face, but I think the u/s could be handy to check follicle size - that could be your issue. I don't know what they do about under-developed follies though, sorry

Porsche - Great news about the u/s!

Tammara - When will you get your bt result?

    Hi ladies

I did another test even before I'd woken up properly this morning and it's not a dream, I'm still UTD and the line was darker than the previous two days! Porsche - I think I'll stop at this one, although I am tempted to do a few more lol. I tried to figure out my due date and I think it's Thurs 25 November as we conceived on Thurs 4 March. I think you count 38 weeks from conception date...does anyone know if this is right? I know they usually say 40 weeks, but I think that's counting from the first day of your last period. I O'd on day 19 so it's a bit more than 2 weeks. Anyway, I guess the FS will tell me. I'm going to see him in 6 weeks and he'll do a scan then so I'm everything is OK. I've booked into to see an Ob 2 days later (I've had him picked for the whole time we've been TTC so it's nice to make a legit appointment!).

DH is still shocked. As you know when you've been trying for so long you kinda expect disappointment each month, so now it's hard to get our heads around that this is happening.

Don't know how I'm going to keep this a secret for the next 12 weeks. I told my yoga teacher and she surprised me by saying she thought I was UTD on Sunday morning in class because I was a bit 'out of it' - I didn't even know at this stage!

And it won't be long to Keli, Bec, Rhi and everyone else who pops into this thread will be joining Tammara, Porsche and me. It's gotta happen, it just has to! Laps, clomid, IVF...they are all little miracle workers that give us that helping hand we need.

Keli - hope the clomid craziness doesn't affect you too much in the next round. GL!

Bec - I completely understand where you are coming from. Trust your instincts and if it feels like all the testing is interfering too much then see if there is another option. I think one of the reasons we conceived this month is because we made a real effort to relax around O time - lots of massages for each other and trying to reduce stress etc.

Rhi - hope AF isn't too nasty when she arrives - stay strong :-)

And hello to everyone else - good luck anyone to in the 2ww.
