Is anyone planning on starting IVF soon? We may have the opportunity to start 1 month before we planned to. We have done all the pre-ivf stuff and can go whenever.......... Knowing that we can start earlier has made it all too real and I am having little freak-outs today. I wonder if anyone else is in the same situation?

The people I speak to in real life about IVF say that physically it wasn't anywhere near as bad as they psyched themselves up for, but the ladies over in IVF/ICSI threads might be able to tell you more . Are you emotionally ready though? You have waited 4 years, and it's only one month between your two start dates... so I guess I would go for it so long as I felt mentally / emotionally prepared for what was ahead.

It is more exciting than scary really .
