I really wish they'd hurry up and invent a neon sign that lights up as soon as a pregnancy occurs. Take all the guesswork out of it. :lol:
Nirenotrom - it is the worst feeling when you have the symptoms from the drugs. I am a poas addict as well so it makes me do them even more lol
I 4th that motion.... first cycle, I had the SOREST ( . )( . )'s!!!! totally confusing!! I try to avoid thinking about it and keeping busy doing other things... last cycle I spent each night for about 20 minutes doing a meditation/relaxation before I went to bed... it was the best thing to keep my mind off it all!! check out the website Zita West, she has meditations specifically designed for IVF embryo transfers.... you have to pay for the CD.... but... I think it was worth it.... :)

it's meditations to use pre and post transfers........ I found them really good... and they arrived really quick too :) I just put my headphones in when I went to bed and relaxed for 20 minutes or so. I personally found it really worthwhile....

Hiya, I'm not officially in here yet, am 2 days past ovulation (I think, took trigger injection Thursday in the evening...), but waiting for the FET, which will be on Wednesday. Am a bit nervous, but also excited about being PUPO again! Fingers crossed for you that it will be a surprise BFP!
Hi Sarah, how are you holding up? Am officially in here now, I am PUPO as of 2pm today (Perth time). Will do blood test on 20 November. When's your blood test due? Can't wait to find out if this little one sticks. Our little bubs would be due about the same time! All positive vibes...
Hmmm. It's pretty quiet in here. I'm 2 days past FET now. Have been surprised how it does affect your body a tad, don't know if it's in the mind. I was only comfortable walking slowly yesterday, instead of my normal brisk pace. Have been feeling a bit bloated and sore in lower abdomen, which I was feeling last time as well, although then I thought it was because I was borderline OHSS and it was a stim cycle. Am counting down the days, still 11 days to go before the blood test. It's going to be a long long wait. At least I'll be kept busy with preparations for my wedding in exactly 4 weeks! Although am pretty up to date with that! Anyhow, S4K hope you're doing alright!
Oh yeah, forgot to say, I went to the GP yesterday to get a sick note for 3 days :) as the clinic told me that I shouldn't do any heavy lifting. As they don't know at work I'm doing a FET this month, I thought this was the easier way of making sure I wouldn't do anything stupid to reduce my chances of staying PUPO. My supervisor new about last pregnancy and after it went wrong she was asking inappropriate questions and wasn't very supportive. I don't want that to happen this time...

Thanks Miloro! Don't know what to do with these people, hope it will help if they don't know about it, then at least they can't say anything stupid. At the moment the TWW just seems to be going so slow... This whole month has been taking forever.
It's 5 days past transfer today and the pessaries are driving me mad. I still got 13 left to use up, so at least am over halfway. I jinxed myself by talking to my DF that last time I had really bad cramps and spent lots of time in the toilet, well up until I had said it I didn't suffer from any. As soon as it was out of my mouth I regretted it and started having cramps, then spent 15 mins in the toilet :( Argh. Also been so tired and sleeping more than 8 hours per night. And am feeling so emotional, the littlest things set me off. Anyhow 8 more sleeps before the blood test! (next Tuesday 20/11/12) Might cave in for a preg test on Sunday, so 6 more days to go!!! Fingers crossed

I got AF on Sun Night :-( so didnt bother testing, it was only CD 21!! ahh well.

afm - had hatching blast transferred today, I'm quietly hopeful but must keep it in check so if it doesn't work I won't be so devastated. makes sense to me anyway...

Hi Andie! Welcome in the TWW! Yay for the hatching blast! I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you! Nothing wrong with being quietly optimistic! Is also good for the little one inside us!
I don't think I'll test yet. Last time I did the day before the blood test and it didn't go to positive till after the 10 mins. Blood test confirmed really low HCG and it went up slowly from there, ending in M/c - so am trying to hold off testing for as long as possible as if I am pregnant I want the HCG to be higher than when we tested last time. Doesn't really make sense does it... I checked online though and they said to wait at least till day 9 after 5 day transfer, so that would be Friday... Went to acupuncture today, it's nice to be able to just relax and be off my feet for about an hour.

Sarah4Kurt - I had bleeding (af) at 21 days my last stimulated cycle. Did you ring your fs?
With me they made me change my progesterone from crinone to suppositories and 3 times a day rather than twice. I had to then wait longer for bt. I knew it was all over but they are still sticking to there story that it wasn't my af at day 21. Unfortunately I bleed heavy for about 4 days then light for another 10. Hope this isn't the same case for you.

well my 'quietly hopeful' didn't last for long. 3dp 5dt and I don't have any symptoms... I know it's to early, not everyone gets symptoms etc. but for once I'd like some comforting cramps, implantation bleed etc. this tww is going to be looooong at this rate...

Hi Andie, was wondering how you were going... No real symptoms here yet either and I'm 10 days past transfer, but I can remember last time I didn't feel anything either and I really thought AF was on its way and it wasn't then. Have still been holding off on POAS... I kinda want to do it, but as I was saying before I don't want to end up with a negative that could still change to a positive, if you know what I mean. I have been feeling a bit nauseous from time to time, if I don't eat regularly, but if I have a snack I'm alright. I have been feeling bloated every once in a while, but not as often as my first cycle when I was close to OHSS. And last month the week before AF I was extremely sore and bloated, so maybe a good sign?!
You're 3 days past transfer and indeed still too early for symptoms, just wait and see, the week is past before you know it. When's your blood test? I take it you will POAS beforehand? Is there anything you can do to keep yourself busy? Go for calm walks, watch a nice movie, or a good series. We've been watching "idiot abroad", got it from the library, it's so funny. Fingers crossed we will get the news we so want this month and that the time will fly!
ill try not to poas, my BT is on 26th. if af hasnt arrived by next friday, I might poas though. that will make it 14dpo, so plenty of time for something to show.
when is your BT? must be soon... those symptoms sound good but I can understand not wanting to poas. I had a chem last month and kind of wish I hadn't poas then.
Have had some blood in liner, two tiny dots and some with wiping. think i'm out of the running. am at a concert at the moment and trying to forget about it. am pretty sad though:(. Still have 3 pessaries to go, suppose i'll just finish them off just in case. sucks this happens on the weekend:( so can't call clinic. anyhow if i don't get the bfp fingers crossed u will be the first this month!
: ( may not mean its over, but I know spotting is never what you want to see. i agree with keeping up with the pessaries just in case. sorry. xx

Yeah, thanks for asking! I think so, no more spotting than what I mentioned yesterday and that was really a tiny weeny amount, not what I normally get when I spot, I don't know if I might have a small cut somewhere after 15 days of pessaries and liners.
Then I POAS'ed today and don't quite know what to think... The 2nd line is really really really really faint, but if you look closely there is a second line. (A preg test starts off with totally white doesn't it? You can't see the purply/pink lines in the back ground at all??? I can't remember and don't have another one to hold it against?!) We're now just going to have to wait if it's this faint because of a chemical pregnancy or another slow rising HCG like last time? (last time had a faint faint 2nd line on day 10 after fresh transfer, but only after 10 mins, todays line came after 3-4 mins and it's day 11 after FET transfer). We're not going to do another POAS, but now just wait for blood test on Tuesday. ARGH am so nervous... Slightly excited, but hopefully this excitement won't get crushed?!
Hope you're feeling okay, still a bit before you might start feeling any symptoms, but do you feel you recovered sufficiently from the EPU? sending you hugs and positive sticky vibes!!
glad the spotting has stopped, although now with the poas result I'm guessing you have something new to stress over! I'd be calling the clinic bright & early monday morning and getting the BT done then - no way I could wait an extra day till tuesday! I'm super impatient though...! fingers crossed.

Me4ever - Thats exactly what I had. 9dpt of day 3 embies. On a sunday morning at 12.15am I went to the loo and had pink tinged moucus. I thought it was AF, but nothing came of it. AF was due on the Wednesday. The girls on here got me to POAS and I thought it was a neg, but a few minutes later there was an extremely faint pos. Like squint and it was barely there. I didnt get excited. Turns out it was an implant bleed. BT on Tuesday and HCG was 166.8. We found out our baby was gone on the 19th of July and these ones were put back in on the 19th October. Just like you. I think its a really, really good sign. Will be quietly stalking xxx And I agree with Andie. Have the BT tomorrow :)
Thanks Vic! How are you? Have you had the HCG tested recently? Is it going up nicely? I'm so nervous... I did some dr Google though and found what you said in your posts in October, that normally you can't detect HCG with POAS till like 3-4 days after implantation. So I wonder what's going on. Will try and call the clinic tomorrow early and hopefully they won't let me wait till Tuesday. Just a bit weary, don't want to find out it was chem pregnancy or that I have slowly rising HCG again... Thanks for your support!
Me4ever goodluck just popping my head in to say I had pink cm on the Thursday morning thought it was AF then nothing else happened and I got my totally squint worthy bfp on the Friday night :) stay positive and I hope you get a bt tomorrow!

I am good so far. Had another hcg last tuesday and was 15,560 and ob was happy with that. Its hard not to relive last time especially with my scan coming up next week. Last scan was when we saw bubs was no longer viable.
my bt showed hcg two days after my implant bleed. I didnt think it would and it was a good number too.

Oh well, there we go. Blood test came back negative - slight HCG level - only 4, so it's a no go. Now I guess will have to wait for my period and then decide if we can work a cycle around our wedding that's coming up early December. Pretty sad now, TTC sucks.
Hopefully it will be better news for you, Andie and Blossom!
