Yes,Ellieanna,I havnt stopped going to the toilet! I go at least 8 times and hour.Its driving me nuts.I was reading the info sheet that came with the clomid and this is a side effect.

Becc:- Hopefully you wont have to do the dye test. If your only on day 6 of your cycle fingers crossed your little miracle happens this month. They have to wait till the end of your cycle to make sure your not Pg, they cant do the dye test if you are...

brussels Thanks for the advice, Unfortunately AF came yesterday, Oh well at least i know that in 4 days i can go for round 2 of chlomid!

Just tested morning wee and got a negative result- hopefully its still too early to tell, and maybe i ovulated late. Hopefully don't begin to bleed within the next few days- I'll test again next week- and then I'll get a blood test maybe. I dunno what to do. Got a high progesterone reading and lots of symptoms but still no positive result and its my 28th day of my cycle. Doesn't look good. I am glad I at least ovulated. Not looking forward to another round of clomid though. I have a cold too which I hope hasn't ruined my chances- anyone else starting to get frustrated with their own body?

Frustrated - yeah I know, I have to have a blood test the day before heading to the doctors for the dye, I will be up to day 27 of my cycle and they said that pregnancy should come up on a blood test by that date. So I have my fingers crossed! I am getting a bit over the chlomid, but at least I will get some more answers when I go back to the FS.

Today is day 22.I had cramping yesterday from the previous night which has subsided.Felt really nauseated til lunchtime today.Felt so sick in my stomach i thought i was going to really be sick.My husband wont let me test until im due.He doesnt want me getting my hopes up just yet.Im keepimg calm as i have said time and time again that all the side effects mimic the symptoms of pregnancy and also pms.
One more week to go.....days are going so slow.Sooo tired.Cant function.Almost strained noodles onto the kitchen bench last night instead of the sink!
Ellieanna..sorry about your negative test.Hopefully next month you can share good news.

Just a little update as to what is going on with me

I had my HSG today, was not as bad as i though. there was some discomfort but no pain as such so that was good. I think i was lucky to have all women working with me

Good news, the dr said that my tubes were good the dye was flowing through both tubes so fingers crossed for this month

Hi Girls!!! I miss you all and hope you are all doing well...Sucks for AF but at least it is a definite answer Sucks more being in limbo! Good luck and tons and tons of for the next round!!!

Everything is going well here...Thanks so much for asking - I am very very tired and had a spotting scare for about a week and a half...I thought it was over before it began, but I called the doctor and I am now taking progesterone tablets on top of the met and all the vitamins...Doesn't help keep food down in the morning all those pills...

I am still very nervous but am trying to take care of myself and relax and rest well. I am a complicated preg so have to see the doc every two weeks...kind of annoying, but at least helps to keep my mind at ease...and I get photos of bub every two weeks - trying to see things on the positive side I am nearing 7 weeks now, so nowhere near the clear, but am happy nonetheless and trying to function with the nausea and exhaustion...DH is being great and I am just going day by day for now.

I see the doctor again on the 4th, so I'll let you guys know how everything goes and I'll have another scan, so hope all goes well.

I keep up with all of you girls on a daily basis and I know we will have some good news from some of you very soon!!!!

Hi girls,

Quick update;

Had my hsg today, can't say it was a fun thing to be doing but hey it's all part of it, anyway the doctor (and nurses) were very happy about the results being that there are no blockages and have given me a big fingers crossed see you in a month for your first ultrasound (she was very friendly and up beat!). Will certainly be very nice if that's the case.

Still not feeling any side effects of the clomid, am wondering when they start to kick in! Has anyone in here ever not ovulated after taking clomid, or can I expect to get a very very "full" feeling in the next couple of days?

Whats the test that you get to see if you've ovulated or the ovulation "score" I think someone called it in a previous thread that indicates how many eggs you've released?

I hope everyone is doing good at whichever point they're at!

Now back to concentrating on 15 days of some solid bd'ing, (I think I'm going to get sick of dh very quickly, haha, poor thing being treated like a piece of meat).

Oh and I forgot to say I was pleasently suprised when I went to pay and it was only $201.65, not the $522.00 they originally quoted me so, hi5 to that, I'm not sure if they messed up or whatever but I definately was not going to say anything! Anyway after Medicare it ended up costing about $113.00, much better!

Hi Ladies,
I am hoping you can help....
I am absolutley going insane at the moment.
I did a test this morning and got a BFP. I am stoked I just want it to be 100% real.
I was reading tha clomid can alter the HPT results. So I am going to call the doc on monday and ask for a Blood test.
I know I ovulated last Saturday ( FF says last sunday but my FS said it would have been Saturday when he did my ultrasound on Monday...so today is only 7dpo. maybe a little too early???
I just wont allow myself to get over the moon about it until I get the Blood test and then i will allow it to sink in a little bit more.

HELP PLEASE!!! Your opinions... Thanks EM

It sounds good to me.I havent heard of clomid doing that but im not a doctor.
Best to get a blood test to be sure.Let us know when you do.Just look after yourself as if you are expecting and fingers crossed........Congratulations!

My update....day 24 and going crazy.Just caught my husband out for smoking which i became very upset about.Sat on the floor and sobbed....cant understand his insensitivity.Im doing everything i can to conceive and he is ruining our chances by smoking.
Have had terrible headaches for 3 days now.Few cramps this morning but they subsided.Really emotional but very quiet.How is everyone else doing during the ttw?

Mrzbaby.I have sat here searching EVERYTHING on the net and apparantely clomid does NOT give a false positive unless you have had a hcg injection(commonly used with IVF)
I also found out that a false positive result is rare so you could always do another test.If its positive again then looks very promising for you.

Hi Girls

My name is Rebecca and im 35 and been ttc now for 9 months, well 12 if you include my MC back in July at 14 weeks.

Went to see FS last month and had a lap for my endo 2 weeks ago and he has now put me on Clomid, i had to take it day 2 till day 6 and im now at day 10. I didnt have too many side effects accept the headaches and a bit of blurred vision but nothing too bad.

My question is how long now till i OV apporx as my FS isnt monitoring me and i was just curiuos as i usually OV late in my 34day cycle?

Im so glad i found this site and im hoping to get to know you all on this journey.

hi bec- welcome- it's hard to say really. are you temping?? that will help you. are you i got scaned on day 12 and then was told when to BD from that. you can alos have blood test done. I thought all FS do this??

if it helps i ov'ed anywhere from day 17-19.
