Good news!! I now know how long it takes Pregnyl to leave my body!! It takes exactly until 5.00am this morning! I know this because that's when I was woken up by a startlingly white test area of a First Response test smacking me in the face!

Today at 8.30am EST is how long it takes for a Confirm test to come back with the faintest of faint, faint second lines. Much fainter than the second line it came back with yesterday afternoon...

So bye, bye Pregnyl

Bye, bye stupidly overly optimistic and way-too-early feelings of happiness that it had finally worked and I would be pregnant before I turn 40 next month...

Happily (not) I can feel AF coming!! Woo hoo!!! Nothing like a bit of red salt to rub into the wounds....

Ah well. Serves me right. I should have listened to DP, the FS, Divvy, God, the Universe and my own gut instinct and not tested.

Okay, over the self pitying rant....

Yes, tilygirl. Progesterone can make you feel very nauseous. I felt quite seedy on both the crinone and pessaries.

Bex - Did you test yet???!!!!!! FX you are still getting nice big thick second pink lines!!!! I really, really hope it is your month

MM - I really hope the bleeding has stopped!! FX your little embie is burrowing in nicely as I type

Well I'm sure I'm going to have NO friends left at the end of all this... no baby shower attendance last weelk, I didn't attend my best friends b'day drinks last night because I was sooooooo tired and felt that a shower, hair, makeup and driving to the city was just no possible... oh dear lucky DH loves me!

N2L that's along time for pregnyl to leave your system. I still think your in with a chance in 24hrs you will know. I really hope for you it has xx Don't think your being OTT for wanting this to work, I think we are keeping the HPT industry going & thats a good thing. Try later today my later tests have been darker lines. Maybe you drank a lot of water last night.

I did a test this morning(2ndMU was not game to test with teh FMU after y'day's lighter result) and the the 2 lines are are as dark as each other so I am really hoping that this a true reading surely all 5 sticks can't be wrong and it's been 14dpt today so FX.

MM I am so sorry your bleeding has increased, is it clotty?(sorry to ask) you don't have to answer that if you don't want to.

Okay. I AM an idiot. I am not going to sit here and dispute that. But after my rant I checked the tests in better light and they are as dark (or as light) as yesterday. The checking time had passed so I did another FRER and it was the same. Something is there..some minute level of hcg otherwise there would be nothing. Right????
It is just not getting darker over the 36 - 48 hours I have been testing...

My boobs are still tres veiny.

Uuugghhhhh - where is Div when I need to be kicked up the bum and yelled at???

I am cd26 and 11dp2dt today btw.

n2l-only thing that will make that 2 nd line come is hcg,maybe it's just needs time to get darker,maybe the concentration of your urine is playing a factor...bex -little bit clotty,i think that is the crinone though,it's like bloody urine

Hi everyone,

One more day until we get some answers! I hate the guessing game... Trying really hard to stay positive.

N2L- all will be revealed on Monday but a line surely means there has to be some hcg detected?

MM- I hope the bleeding is settling down xx

Bex- I have been feeling quite sick at night for the last 2 nights. The first night I thought my dinner was just too rich (lamb shanks) and then last night I actually sat in front of the toilet dry retching for 5 minutes, didn't actually vomit, but made me feel better. I am fine during the day.
Not sure if this is to do with the Prog or the pregnancy? I didn't get MS with the last 2 pregnancies?

My husband doesn't want to tell anybody until they notice I am pregnant. He doesn't want people to be exited then upset for us again. I would prefer the support! Both MCs effected him pretty badly.

Think I will be ringing the clinic at 9am tomorrow

N2l I was laughing imagining you in the dark squinting for pink lines.... I think we can just about safely say... you ARE pregnant. A pinkline is a pink line no matter how faint or dark. Tomorrow will hopefully bring you some reassurance x

MM: How is the bleeding? I do hope its just from irritation from the crinone.

Tillygirl: Its important for you to feel you have a good support structure around you. I really hope that in another 8 weeks you will celebrating FX for you and hubby.

I agree!!!! And whatever happens - if we all get BFPs, all get BFNs, some get BFPs and some get BFNs, I think we can all say we are truly happy for those whose lucky month it is!!

Dont be afraid to celebrate, or commiserate. Whatever you need to do....

May we all be holding a little one in our arms soon, whether it's this month, or not!!

morning all,just had bt ,still bleeding ,bit clotty now,so think the results will just confirm bfn,i'll ask though if there was any sign of implantation...best wishes to you all

Ok, just got my Hcg back- 24. Low? A repeat slip was posted to me on Friday so should arrive today or tomorrow for a repeat BT to see how/if the Hcg is rising. Prog results were still pending.
Not feeling very confident... I guess I won't know anything for sure until Wednesday?
When is everyone else expecting BT results?

Last time they rang at 3.30 or so. Actually not true, the very last time they "forgot" to call me and I had to ring them the next morning to get the bad news! Mind you it was Easter Monday....
