To anyone else I have missed, good luck and bring on the BFP.
AFM - This 2ww is hard, I'm slowly going crazy. Really sore BB and the crinone is making me go nutty. Yesterday DH asked what is wrong with me. I was just not in the mood to talk to anyone, or see anyone, I felt really down and upset but I know its the crinone and I explained it to him. I've also been so fatigued, and every afternoon about 3pm I feel like I need a nanna nap but I don't, it would make me feel too old  Feeling better today so far, just tired, I might go do some Christmas shopping. Waiting for my BT on Sat  for a miracle.
-
Cuddliepie, JBM - so very very sorry.
Possums I had some brownish spotting this morning and have been to bathroom 20 times. Am thinking it is implantation and nothing else - let's stay positive honey!
love

Thanks for your good wishes ladies.
Well today I nearly fell over. I POAS and there were TWO PINK LINES!!! It was such a shock and caused some excitement...I mean we'd pretty much been told IVF was our option for having a baby now, with a very very slim chance we'd ever conceive naturally. Therefore, I hadn't even been tracking my cycle very closely or anything. We were just trying naturally while we waited to resume IVF, thinking a miracle was a very big long shot.
That said, while we are excited at the prospect a miracle may have happened, we are also scared it could be ectopic, as I have a pretty high risk... Anyway, I just don't know what to think yet...too scared to let the floodgates of excitement open, especially as I know it could also be a chemical pregnancy and come to nothing, or be stuck in the tube like before.
I called my IVF nurse and she nicely offered to do a BT for me this morning, even though I am only 12 or 13DPO at this stage, so HCG wouldn't be too high so early anyway. She said it would give an indication (am worried its too early and a low reading might give cause for worry, when it might end up rising)...anyway...i guess we've been through so much, which is why all the caution and worry...but at the same time...imagine if this is our Christmas miracle??!
-
Janet and CP - so sorry that this was not the cycle for you both.
Possums! My heart skipped a beat when I read your post! OMG!!!!!!! I know you are trying not to get too excited, but OMG!!!! Looking forward to hearing your results.

S'rose - No AF for you!! :noaf:
Kittycat - good luck with your new plan
:hello: to the girls I've missed
AFM, I brought forward my "official" BT to today, so I should know my HCG levels later this afternoon. that they are nice and high. Still no real symptoms (damn those websites that tell us what "early pregnancy symptoms" are!). All I've had is a bit of twingy feeling in my belly in the evenings. Can't wait to hear Possum's news later today!

hi everyone!
im officially in the TWW as of today! i dont usually post in here but have been following you all and felt like i should have a turn!
I got my first peak on the fertility monitor on CD12 and today is C14 i ovulated yesterday afternoon i think as i could "feel" it, its like period pain for me lasts about an hour, so did the dance yesterday morning, this morning and on the evening of C11, its difficult as we have to allow time for DP to "recharge" as he has bad morphology, so the more the better the chance! i really feel good this month I also got a positive OPK coinciding the monitor, so i am now 1DPO! im hoping for a new year miracle and skip the fertility appointment alltogether! also anyone here seeing DR clare boothroyd at greenslopes?
ME - 21
DP - 21 - 89% abnormal sperm - on menevit one month now

Good luck 21andTTC!!
afm- thanks for your lovely messages everyone...you have all helped me so much, so many times...still waiting on BT results...getting more and more nervous, after initially being calm (maybe in shock still)...can't concentrate at work...just keep thinking, what if it really does work out?? Then of course thinking of all the negative possibilities :wall:
-
possums - stay positive! you know there's only 1 reason that two lines appear on the HPT!!
21 - welcome to the TWW. Fingers crossed you don't need that FS referral after all.
xx
-
Thanks Mel...having a bit more brown spotting today...not sure what thatmeans...could be implantation blood I guess...I need to learn some measure of patience i guess!
-
Possums - such exciting news - I am tuned in and waiting to hear the results. Keeping everything crossed for you.
Cuddlepie - sweetheart - how did your BT go?
-
Thanks Nic for thinking of me....Went to b/t reluctantly and not surprise that clinic said all number comes down to baseline that I should already have or about to have AF...well, I don't think I can trust my body again, you just never know. The positive side is maybe we can try during Jan cycle before we start FET in Feb, who knows we might get a miracle/shock like Possums....:o
Thanks ladies, I hope you all hang in there and soon will get this dream fulfilled.
-
Possums - this is amazing - please keep us posted - I'm sending you my best sticky vibe wishes!
Hi to everyone else - I've been lurking but not posting. Feeling really sad when I read about the BFNs...I'm hoping there will be a run on BFPs early next year...and the last week of this year with Possums & Mels (I'm sure I've missed people...sorry)
-
Hi everyone,

Hey 21 - I am seeing Clare...she is amazing darling.
Mels - may your BT show sky high hcg
AFM - still running to bathroom every 5 seconds and on the verge of tears all the time. Boobs very sore but that could just be the pregnyl and the CM is still just brown so hopefully implanting - and given what happenend to our son implant as deep as you like baby! Crampy and bloated and hopeful!

bella- so sorry, take care of yourself
cuddlepie- it can't have been an easy day and I am so dissapointed for you...but pray maybe january will bring a miracle
dellydoo- fingers crossed!
mel- hope BT reveals good levels for you
afm- well I am officially PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!! :jawdrop:I am only 12 (or maybe 13) DPO and HCG is 67, which my nurse said is good for that early (they like it to be 100 or more by 16DPO) and my progesterone was up high at 160 which she said was great.
I am still in shock I think. I can't believe it's happened naturally. I am still VERY nervous it will be ectopic again, as my remaining tube is in bad shape...but we are cautiously excited at this Christmas miracle which has jumped right up and surprised us...I hope this little baby is in the right place, and that it stays there for the long haul this time  Wow. Thanks all of you for the lovely thoughts too...and thanks Nixon and Janie for dropping by here...I guess I get to join you ladies again in the other thread! I am just so cautious...but thrilled.

Wow Possums, a true Christmas miracle. I am so very happy for you both.
-
hi girls - a quickie from me - my beta levels were HCG 564 yesterday!! Very happy!
-
There is so much wonderful news in here from Mels and Possum! Congrats ladies. I'm very stoked for you.
As for me, I'm thinking of testing on Christmas morning (due to test on the 30th following FET on the 16th of Dec with a blastie). Then if I get a BFP I can wrap it up and give it to DH when we open our presents (just the two of us). Is that too early to test? I'm on a medicated FET, I don't know if that makes a difference. Opinions?
-
hi Ruth Honey
What luteal support are you using?
Mels - OMG what a robust bubbie. Awesome figures sweets.
possum - how you feeling this morning?
Hugs
A
-
Ruth- depends what medication I guess...is there anything which could give a false positive? Otherwise it seems like you could go ahead and test! fingers crossed!
Mel- great results! how many days/weeks along are you now?...I musn't be too far behind you...
I am feeling happy, still shocked constantly when I think...I am pregnant!! It really has bowled DH and I over....especially after being told we really had so little chance naturally. I am anxious too, that it's ectopic etc...or I will lose this one too...but trying really hard to take it one day at a time, and enjoy the present...and worry only if there are signs to worry about
-
Well, there I was, trying to catch up with everyone's news, and constructing an email to you all, when I came across Possum's "am I, aren't I.....I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" news. Now I'm crying and just have to say Possums, when Dusty wrote the line about people supporting others when they need it themselves, I'm sure she meant you more than anyone. You have been an amazing support and inspiration to everyone and it's such a beautiful outcome that we all wished for you. I hope you can celebrate and enjoy the feeling soon without the lingering fear and doubts. Congratulations to you and your lovely man...yours is definitely a Christmas Miracle! Sooooo happy for you!:hug::hug:
-
Murph - thanks so much for saying such a lovely thing...I have received so much help and support here and your heartfelt congratulations is really appreciated

To all the girls in the excruciating 2ww at Christmas,
try not to put too much pressure on yourself if it didn't work for you this time around (or it doesn't happen by Christmas). Christmas is the worst time to be going through this and next year we can give ourselves all year. So sorry for you Kittycat, BecD,ibb, Missmagpie,Cuddlepie, Bella, JBM and anyone I've read and felt the pain with.
Miracles are miracles because they don't happen to everyone and they don't happen all the time...but they do happen! Mels and Possums...what unbelievably unexpected news from both of you. thanks so much for letting us be part of it and for inspiring us to keep believing it can happen.
The best advice I've seen here is "ignore all symptoms", especially when it comes to stim cycles. I had every single symptom you can think of....and I wasn't the slightest bit pregnant. Others had no symptoms and were. The drugs really mess you around so my advice again..."ignore all symptoms"!
Jen34, your line about the Nan naps made me laugh. I felt exactly the same, only I took the naps!! I figure the body, mind and hormones take such a battering, an LLD (little lie down) is not too much to ask.
Sue and Dellydoo...hang in there over christmas and be careful not to take too much on yourself. I was here last Christmas too. Take care and good luck.
JBM - give yourself the time and support you need and don't rush things:hug:
Grub - you're a dag! Have fun DTD thru Christmas. Hope you get a break to eat!
AFM...bit like Possums and Grub dtd naturally, not sure where in cycle, holding out no expectation...but of course hoping. I'm probably 6dpo. I was turned down for my 1st FET cycle, which kinda threw me. I wasn't expecting that and had to gulp back a tear when told no more treatment until FEb. Ouch...but hey, it's nearly Jan and soon Feb and I'm having fun.
Take care of yourselves and those precious cargoes and have a sane (yes I meant...sane) and happy Christmas,
love Ange xox
-
delly and neptune - thanks!
Ruth - thank you! and I will be praying hard for that Xmas day BFP for you!!
hi possums - hope you're feeling ok today! I think I am 16 DPO or 4 weeks and 2 days (but whose counting...!!) I triggered on Friday 5 Dec so I ovulated on Sat / Sun - which means that 4 weeks pg was about Sunday 21 Dec?? I just spoke to the clinic and I'm booking in for a scan at about 7 weeks on Tues 13 Jan (more counting down!). I guess you are about 3 or 4 days behind me? How exciting!!
xx
-
Murph - thanks so much. And I reiterate your advice, I still have no pg symptoms (except some slight cramping in the evenings). Good luck for your natural cycle. xx
-
hi everyone!
WOW such a happy place at the moment!
congrats mel and possums!!! im soooo jealous!
AFM- well im now 2 DPO on CD 15 and my fertility monitor went back down to low fertility, does this mean im not pregnant? as i have heard ppl say their monitors stayed on high fertility and it turned out they were pregnant, or is it too early for the hormones to change and in turn show up on the monitor? does anyone here use it? it also was confirmed with negative opk this morning and i also heard positive ones can indicate pregnancy, is this true? too early i know but would just like your thoughts.
