that is the worst situation and people always say "are you pregnant'' to the smallest thing ... i feel unwell today "are you pregnant''; i don't want to drink '' are you pregnant''. i think its the rudest question ever, what a personal thing to ask someone whether or not they are going through what we all are.
but i would just say the same as WLAB and say you are on a xmas detox or fitness bend and don't really feel like drinking. if they ask if you are pregnant i would say "no are you?'' or if its an older woman say "no why, are you going through menopause?'' or such. i know, i know, that's really *****y and i probably would feel bad if i said it to someone but that question really bugs me.
but sometimes, when i get asked and i don't like the person i just say "oh no we can't have kids but thanks for asking...'' that shuts em up.
We have our FET at 3pm Monday. fingers crossed.

WLB - I so hear you I am dying for a nice cold beer, at least I will confirm that I can have one tonight. Went back and looked at tests again and there is still faint lines but not as dark as on thursday, so think it is still the pregnyl in my system.
I am also looking to change FS after this cycle but I will also be looking to change clinics as well. let you know how I go. Mine is not because I dont like FS ( if fact he delivered DS andi nannied for his children when I was at uni) it is just that the clinic is an hour away and we have a clinic five minutes around the corner. The travelling is killing me.
I have to tell you what a bad person I am, my best friend is TTC #1 and she has just started, she was due to find out if this was her month this weekend, but AF came a week ago and I secretly was glad that it didn't happen for her either. I am sure if it had happened for her I would have been over the moon, but at the moment I am having the why is it not happening for us what did we do wrong. We have been TTC #2 for 18months, we try so hard and get nothing and then there are these people out there who kill there kids, it is quite upsetting. Sorry for the vent. i have got it off my chest now and I feel a little bit better.

PS.. hun about the new fs you know thats what we did and im so happy we did it i feel so much better with this fs so if you think that can help then go for it hun you have to feel like your wanted and not just a number so to speak

SAph - Good luck, hope you get some good news I know just what you mean about your friend, and it doesn't make you a bad person. I have a friend, not very close, she's one of my husband's friends ex-wife, but I chat to her on facebook etc. I heard on the grape vine that she is PG after one month of trying with her new partner. I cannot bring myself to ask her about it because I just feel awful about it. Seems unfair.

AFM: Nothing to really report. Feel normal now. Occasional light streaky spotting still happening, but I think that's just me, honestly. Last Pregnyl tomorrow and BT 9th Feb. Went for a lovely swim this morning...that's okay in the 2WW right? Getting my essay done, but hate it with a passion!
Saph: sorry this cycle isnt your one .. have your nice cold beer tonight with dh, you derserve it, a new clinic 5 mins from home, will be a much better thing for you, specially with your ds, we r under enough stress as it is. A IRL g/f of mine was TTC since Feb this year, and got preg in Nov, Its such a difficult situation, you are happy for them, but like everyone, you think, why .... ? Why cant it be me ??
