So many highs and lows in here.
Danyelle, Persephone, Mumofsix & wishes so sorry to hear that things haven't worked out this month. My thoughts are with you, it is draining emotionally and physically. Try to stay strong - easy words to write, sometimes harder to do.

Sammie and Beata - I still get goose bumps every time I see news like that. I'll whisper "congratulations" and best of luck for you BT's. Very happy for you both xo

    Thanks Sammie,

No, I definately not giving up just yet.
I just feel that I need a little break while I do all the test with Dr Sacks.
So here's hoping that Dr Sacks finds a reason for me not getting a BFP.

    Good Luck everyone

Ok girls, I think I have officially GONE OVER THE EDGE.

Had bt this morning. I am eagerly awaiting the results. (the not crazy part)

HOWEVER - an hour ago I took myself down to the chemist (with mobs tucked in bra so there was NO WAY I could miss a call) and bought myself 6, yes count them 6 HPT's!

I have already ripped through 3 of them - all are BFP. Will I continue on this insane course of action until that damn phone rings? I am fairly certain I will.

I will distract myself with food for the next hour. Will test again at 2pm if clinic hasnt called. DH will be forced to committ me to "care" if I havent heard anything by 3.30 so they better DAMN WELL RING. asap.

Ok, back to normal scheduled programming...

Hi Sammiejam, just has to reply to you as you made me laugh, I ended up calling at 1.00 pm for the results as I could not wait, the hcg result was already in but the progesterone normally doesn't come in until later/takes longer, that is why you have to wait so long, so you could call them and get your hcg levels at the least. I went through City Fertility Brisbane, I think most clinics are the same. All the best for great levels!

Danyelle, I hope Dr Sacks can give you some answers and some new hope.

Janie, the biggest congrats to you, wonderful news. GL for Thur.

Love and best wishes to everyone else xx

    Hi Sammie,

I thought I'd check in and see how the other two week waiters were going on their journey. You sound just like me only I bought a pack of two.. Waiting for that call for the news you so dearly want is nerve racking but all those postives at home surely must be a good sign..
    Here's hoping so.
HUGS and LOTS OF GL vibes sent your way

    Hi Everyone,

Just popping in to say hi.

I have been TTC #2 for nearly 3 years and am currently 9DPET on my first IVF cylce. I have been trying to hold off from the TWW thread to kind of break my TWW up a bit ((ie trying to ignore it (the TWW, not the thread) for as long as I can. But it's kind of like the white elephant in the room - you can't ignore it)) So I am just about at bursting point right now and still have another 9 days until BT (1/2 way there)

This is driving me a little nuts. Have had cramping and extremely tender BB's, but this could all be from the crinone.

Trying to forget that I also have about 3 packs of HPT's laying around the house and banning myself from POAS (for now)

Wishing all you ladies in their TWW lots of luck for BFP's this month

    THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!!

OMG. Its real. I am UP THE DUFF.

Trying to calm down and not hyperventilate...

The level is 450 which my FS is excellent. Clinic said there is a chance that it could be twinnies? Anyone know anything about that?

Sammie - Congratulations hun!!!! So happy for you. Regarding your level, my clinic says that they look for a hcg level over 100 as a good positive pregnancy result. So the fact that yours is 450, I think there's a really good chance that you have twins. Wishing you a H&H pregnancy.

Seph - I really hope that you're wrong about your cramps. I'm really wanting this one to be your month. You really deserve it. Hang in there though. You're not out of the game yet.

AFM - Made an appointment today for my very first acupuncture session. I'm going in on Wed arvo. I really hope that it helps with my FET this cycle.

    Wishes xoxo

Wishes, that's very sweet, got me all teary. Big to you.

Sorry ladies, I'm not up to personals at the moment. The cramps are very odd. They're low down, below my belly button and are sort of 'pressure' rather than cramping. Feels like I have a full bladder when I don't. (.)(.) are sore as well., sort of tingly like needles. No spotting.

So, I hear you say, maybe it's not AF on her way after all? I would desperately like it to not be, but I also know that these were the symptoms that came with spotting last month and which led to AF. So of course, I'm doing my head in with wondering. And frustratingly the only thing I can do is follow my DH's advice and try not to think about it.

Maybe if I just google the symptoms...

Sammie YEAH!!!! All those test couldn't be wrong.....

With DS my level was 380 and my level last week was 375. I was told that it doesn't nec mean twins but a great healthy start. Wishing you a H & H preg and take care of your self as you do get tired!!!!

WLAB: Sorry to hear that you are out this time. Best wishes for your next cycle.

Persephone darlin', if you read my posts from last week, I had the exact symptoms you are describing.

I was CONVINCED AF was about to strike at any moment. In fact if I didnt have a million tests to fall back on, I would say I am about to get it any second now.

I had low, pulling crampy pains in my lower areas. I am also having stabbing, ovary type pain. These symptoms DO NOT MEAN YOU ARE NOT PREG.

You have to just try to stick with PUPO. Ha! I know how hard that is but that is the best way to go.

WLAB so sorry hon. Next cycle could be the one though. Try to keep the faith.

Wishes- i got everything crossed for you

    Sammiejam,
Congrats on your confirmed BFP and thank you so much for your post. I went back and looked at your posts from last week and am determined to go and lie on the couch - whether these are AF or baby cramps, I'm determined not to worry about it, thanks to you. Your posts have at least given me some hope for the next few days...no spotting yet!

WLAB, Danyelle and MumofSix, I'm sorry that you're out this month. Big to you. Take care.

Thinking of everyone in their insanity, and big thanks for the support,

    Hi Girls,

Sammie, congratulations on your BFP hun !! Well done. What an agonising wait for your BT results though! Wishing you a H&H 8 or so months ahead hun! Good HCG levels, maybe two in there?? hehe

Seph, you're not out of the game yet. My AF is due tomorrow (and she will not get here if I can help it, lol) but my symptoms have been 'AF' type pains and pain around my ovaries. Every time I go for a pee, I feel like I haven't completely emptied my bladder, the pressure is there. Sore tingling (.)(.) are a very good sign too hun. GL and don't give up hope, I pray AF stays away for you and that a BFP is on it's way to you!!

Tantee, welcome and GL with your BT hun. Wishing you every success in your cycle!

Danyelle, I'm sorry about your BFN, but good luck in your next cycle hun. GL also with Dr. Sacks, I hope your app. goes very well

WLAB, I'm sorry AF arrived . GL with your next cycle, I hope it's the ONE!

Wishes, I hope your AP goes well. I'll be trying that myself too.

Janie, thanks so much for your kind words. I hope I can join you soon in the preggie world!

AFM, still a bit crampy, freaking out that maybe it's AF is coming. I don't think I will relax until it doesn't come and my BT confirms the BFP. For me, half the challenge is to get a BFP, the other half is not to lose my mind during the pg. After my late loss in Oct last year, I am just not so carefree and excited as I should be, although I will be ever so thankful to God for his blessing. I just pray everything goes smoothly this time.

    B xxx
