Sara - I do the same as Bridget. It is certainly not the method for everyone - you have to be pretty tough to see a line and then watch it fade or hopefully get darker.
If you injected Tuesday night - you shouldn't go near a POAS till Monday and that could still be 1 day or so early.. all the best.
Bridget - all the best for your EPU tomorrow - hope you get a great haul
Thank you Lulu, won't try till Tuesday but think it's to no avail anyway at this point.
Pretty sure I am out. I know how my body feels when I am pregnant and definitely not feeling that way any more. Right after ET and the day after my breast were very tender, I was breathless even when walking a few stairs and sleeping lots, it was a bit less the day after but then again after the Pregnyl injection. Now with the Pregnyl leaving my body I am just feeling normal, starting to get my energy back as every time when the drugs leave my system after a cycle. I am a bit disappointed but it's all good, just wasn't meant to be this time would have been too much of a miracle.
Sara- hang in there...it's too soon to say just yet. I am like you and tend to think I know how it feels to be pregnant now...but sometimes are bodies can trick us
Sara - I do hope you are wrong. But I know we all know our bodies and often can tell what is going on. I hope this time it is fooling you. I feel that any of our babies would be miracles - thus to some extent we have to believe they are possible
Sara, I just wanted to answer your post about the Pregnyl. I was on it in the TWW as well and had the same thing happen as you describe as I came off it. I felt so not pg it was not funny! But I did get a BFP on BT day (15 days post EPU) and got no pg symptoms until I was about 6 weeks along. Try to ignore the Pregnyl symptoms, they really do mess with your mind. It is too soon, hang in there until your BT day
I am so sorry Lulu, its just not fair....just a big
Sara, just want to offer some support during your TWW, it does drives you crazy...so just go with the flow....like other ladies already said, I too think its too early and remember our motto - 'ignor all symptoms'? same applies when there is none, doesn't mean you are out yet!
On day 35 of my first IVF cycle, had my final BT on Monday and got a BFP with conditions....hormones were slow to rise so they say my body might just think it is pregnant when it is actually not (Bio Chemical). Have to wait till this Monday for another test. Does this happen often or to anyone else?
Lea - unfortunately I have had this happen, my first beta was very low, and the second one rose but not by much. By the third beta it had dropped and it took a month for it all to get out of my system. Some people do have healthy pregnancies though that start very low so hopefully this is the case for you. Do you know what your beta's were?
