Hi All,

We have been TTC #2 for a while and am now on Clomid. I am a bit of a gym junkie as it really helps with my stress (and we know how much we need that on this path don't we?).

My question is about how hard I should be working out while in the TWW. I do cardio, weights and boxing each once a week for an hour each time. I have just bought a heart rate monitor (my personal trainer thinks its a bit like a gameboy and is trying to get a high score!). When I am in the TWW I try to keep my heart rate down around 155bpm. If I am not in the TWW I will push my heart to around 190bpm.

Any info / advice would be appreciated!
