Jodie - i know how hard it is where you are right now, and that there is not much that can be said that will make it better. So take care of yourself and remember that there always is a next step and it may be the one that gets you your BFP.

    Hi all

BT today showed levels at 29.8, not positive but not baseline either. Have to go back again on Monday for another BT.

I'm not holding out hope. The nurse said I tested early at 18dpo, apparently they normally test 21dpo. She thinks a few more days will show what will happen but I'm predicting it will drop. If the levels were going to be up they would be up by now, the girls who transferred after me and have a +ve result have levels in the 100s.

They want me on more pessaries. Have to fill another prescription tomorrow.

Pretty down at the moment. A bit over it all.

Jodie, sorry your cycle didn't work either. Best of luck for your next step.

    Any news, Meo?

Kaydee, they must think there is a chance of something, otherwise why would they persist with the presseries. Stay strong, I really hope things turn around for you on Monday

Kaydee being in limbo is sooooo hard and makes it difficult to move on, but while there is hcg there is hope, and while it may be slim it is still there - who knows maybe the embie is just a late starter! take care over the weekend and hope that monday brings good news.

Hi girls, thanks for your good wishes today. It's so nice to have such caring people to share the ups and downs of this rollercoaster we all ride.

I thought I was prepared for a negative result on Friday but when it came through as "in limbo" I felt worse. If it didn't stick, it didn't stick but to have a low hcg level suggests something happened but didn't stay... I just wish we could know the processes our body goes through along the way after ET.

Even though it was planned to fill another prescription on Saturday for more pessaries, my spotting was a bit heavier and turned red (TMI!), I was crampy and emotional.. I knew AF was on its way so I spoke to the Nurse who rang the FS and they said if I didn't want to get more pessaries that's ok and they'd leave it up to me. The little bit of control I could get over this cycle I seized and I didn't fill the prescription, AF arrived as expected on Sunday and today I feel much better knowing where I'm at. BT today showed levels have dropped to 6. I'm ok with that.. need to go back next week to make sure levels drop back to 0.

I'm looking forward to a month off, drug free.. We'll have a go at a FET in November. We have 7 frosties, one of them's gotta be "the one".

Thank you so much for being supportive. I really do wish you all the very best with your journeys. Hopefully we'll cross paths again in the AC thread, and even better, later on in the PG thread!

Nicole & Luckystrike, so glad to read you're doing well. Best of luck for the next 9 months.

    Hi Kaydee

Sorry to hear about your loss. I can sympathise with you though, our first transfer in July I was sure I was heading for a BFN and on the BT day got a result of 52, so borderline. BT 3 days later showed levels at 22 and then another another BT 3 days further on and the level was at 4.

I would have much preferred to get a BFN up front than have to go through an extra week of tests. My problem was that because we started at a 52 I was told to keep up the pessaries to see if the levels got higher and because of that AF stopped and when I got the 3rd BT and was told to stop everything AF never arrived so had to take drugs to get things moving again, and now here we are almost 3 mths later and preparing for our first FET transfer next week.

Only upside to our first transfer was that at least my body knows what is suppose to be doing it is just that our little one wasn't strong enough to make it through. I too am hoping that one of our 14 frosties is a good little sticky.

Enjoy your month of drug free freedom and look forward to a transfer in November, could be the best Xmas present this year with a BFP from a snowflake.

Oh Kaydee, I am so sorry I was really hoping that you would get a nice surprise today.

As Kelly said that at least your body did start doing something sadly however little embie couldn't stick around.

Enjoy having a month off and giving your body some time to recover.

Kaydee- so sorry this wasn't the time for you...limbo is just awful and at least you now know where you are at. It's great you have so many frosties though, and a month drug free will be a good break for you. take care of yourself.
