Worrywart, the level of endo doesn't have alot to do with conception as far as I understand, it is the position of the deposits that is most important. If the adhesions are around the ovaries etc you are more likely to have trouble conceiving than if it were on the bladder just as an example.
Poopie - not sure what you mean about a laser stuck up your bottom - endo is removed laproscopically - at least everyone I know that's how it's been done including my own. If you had endo adhesions on the bowel - as did I, it is also removed laproscopically and also would be less likely to affect any problems with conceiving.
Try to remember everyone is different and your experience is not always going to be how it works for others.
