Yes thats what i said to my husband about a birthday present. I would love to get a BFP for a present. I have two kids from previous marriage, and my husband has two also!! Anway, some people look at us like idiots when we have said we want one together, but i dont care. His only come every 2nd week, so its not full on. Anyway, a friend of mine on IVF is pregnant with twins, nearly ready to have them, and she said she had period pains right up until they did her blood test.
