I too have recently conceived with one tube. I lost my other to ectopic pregnancy 15months ago. We had been ttc for 2years and had 2 m/c before my ectopic pregnancy. When my tube was removed they could see it had been damaged for a long time which is what caused the ectopic pregnancy and they thought this was also why I had m/c my other 2 pregnancies as the tube was making the environment toxic. Now it is gone I guess that risk has been reduced and we are now 13weeks pregnant. Hopefully your sick tube that was removed was making the uterus toxic to ant embies and now its gone you will fall pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.

I have heard clomid can increase the chance of falling pregnant as your more likely to release more the one egg thus increasing the chances of catching one. They didn't give me clomid as they said I ovulate so well on my own and we did get there eventually although it did take 12months post surgery.
