    Support sticky FET?

Its been a while since ive been through an FET. I knew back then all the things that COULD help to keep that little frosty in there. Now I have no clue.
I remember switching to full fat milk and eating honey for example, but I cant remember if that was for egg quality during the ivf round.

If anyone one has any tips I would be grateful
I'm still drinking coffee with the FET round coming in march. Is that ok?

Promised myself I would not get stressed.....

I cut out caffeine and got 2 bfp's. Up till there was a lot of bfn's. I am still too scared to drink caffeine Also I actually walked heaps after I was implanted instead of resting which is what I had always done before. I think the walking kept the blood flow going through uterus.

    Good luck with your FET.

Tried it all. Nothing worked. My philosophy is if it is a good embryo and your lining is right, it will implant.

    Good luck

Ps. Lovely to see you back

I think I'm driving myself a bit mad trying to think it all through.

see i had the opposite Vic! I basically sat on the couch for a week and just cross stitched for my successful tf, previous ones I was active and going to work etc..

I do agree with N2L, there is no magic, do xyz and it will work. Personally, I think most of it is up to the embryo and the right coding etc... so nothing you can really do yourself, except be healthy - that is water and well balanced diet etc...

    Support sticky FET?

Last time I had time off work and chilled so I'll stick with that.
Time is going fast so I can feel myself winding up.
Maybe I'll get the full-cream milk going just to do something ;-)
