I concieved on met/clomid both times (PCOS-1 miscarriage at 5 weeks) and then i concieved on my second round of clomid.
i had clomid 50mgs both times on days 2-6. i found this easier and i o'ed around CD 17-19 both times. i always had long cycles prior to met and when i began on it my cycles ranged from 31-70 days hell when your TTC. even though i had PCOS i actually o'ed on my own ( i charted and could see rises etc) but my eggs must have been bad- i'm not sure.
Met/Clomid gave me the bub I desired. I reallly know how you girls feel, the ups and downs the disapointments etc. i had a big vent in the TTC vent thread too use it it's great
i have everyhting crossed for those on met/clomid or IUI.
Sorry I haven't been in much this week, been busy at work and trying to fill in the 2ww as much as I can. I am CD 26 now, so I guess I should know one way or the other in the next week or so. I haven't done a HPT and I am not sure whether to do one or not. I may just wait and see.
missbelinda - Thanks for the OPK's, they arrived in the mail night before last. Here's hoping that they do the trick (or even better that I don't need them at all)
LtlPanda - I have no idea how I went with my blood test as my gyno doesn't tell me any results until I ring him if AF arrives. I did ovulate last cycle and was ovulating without clomid. From the OPK's i did and also mucus levels, etc I am fairly sure that I ovulated somewhere between days 12 and 14. I don't know whether to say congartulations on the graduation to IVF or commisurations that the clomid didn't work.
Penny - Good luck with the temping and the BDing
Princess - Congrats on the BFP, it's nice to see success stories. All the best for an enjoyable pregnacy
Sammy - I hope that the US on Monday shows more promising results than the last and that you get an idea about what the sac is.
BG - How did your appointment on Wednesday go?
Hayseed - Do you have 2 50mg tabs per day or 2 100mg tabs per day? Why do you need to take two tablets?
Hope you are all doing well. I'm really looking forward to the weekend - it's been a long busy week.
