Could it be an implantation bleed? I had this with one pregnancy. If not then I would up it to 100mgs. Give your obs a call. However, I suspect that she/he will say if your progesterone level is good to give it one more cycle on 50mgs then up it the next to 100mgs.
It is never wise to take meds or increase doseage without the guidance of your doctor. The risk you take with an increasein clomid is hyperstimulation which is rare. However, there a many women on 100mgs and many women for whom clomid doesn't work too well on 50mgs but does the job on 100mgs. :wink: Please come back and let us know your progesterone results. I am sure it will be good.
