Yep BW - splitting the dose will be fine. They keep bringing out new drugs all the time so it is a challenge to keep up. Patients ALWAYS expect you to know the drugs they are on. I keep reminding them - that is why we have drug books!!!!!! My head can't possibly keep track of all the drugs out there.

Puddycat - you are in the right thread wherever you feel most comfortable AF stands for Aunt Flo which is another term for your period. Usually AF is the substitute because it is easier to type.
