    Big, big babe

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for... but you don't have to be strong all the time. Let the information settle in, cry, scream, spend time with your man...

Hon, I know this is a shock to you guys right now
It's great that you've ovulated. Late, yes, but still that's really good!
And 4% is actually not that bad. Remember he's making millions of the little guys, there's a lot of redundancy built into the system.
I'm sorry your hycosy was cancelled.

PZ - sorry you had such a bad day. On the plus side, there's a lot that you can try to do about sperm. First of all - Menevit. Also, if its relevant, drinking, smoking, coffee should be cut out by your DF entirely if he can or minimized. Also, he should write down a list of any supplements or pills he takes on a regular basis and bring this to your FS - you'd be surprised to find that some over the counter vitamins/supplements are not recommended when you are focused on sperm issues. Also, no hot baths for DF and no bike riding. My DH made a couple of adjustments to his lifestyle and the difference it made to sperm quality was incredible...although it does take time even for sperm - I think at least 3 months....
