    Hon, I know this is a shock to you guys right now
    It's great that you've ovulated. Late, yes, but still that's really good!
    And 4% is actually not that bad. Remember he's making millions of the little guys, there's a lot of redundancy built into the system.
    I'm sorry your hycosy was cancelled.

    PZ - sorry you had such a bad day. On the plus side, there's a lot that you can try to do about sperm. First of all - Menevit. Also, if its relevant, drinking, smoking, coffee should be cut out by your DF entirely if he can or minimized. Also, he should write down a list of any supplements or pills he takes on a regular basis and bring this to your FS - you'd be surprised to find that some over the counter vitamins/supplements are not recommended when you are focused on sperm issues. Also, no hot baths for DF and no bike riding. My DH made a couple of adjustments to his lifestyle and the difference it made to sperm quality was incredible...although it does take time even for sperm - I think at least 3 months....
