I too was on lucrin and gonal f - always did it at night around 9pm - dinner and everything out of the way - the nurse told me always do it the same time everynight within an hour - didn't know the trick of about a coin in the freezer what a great idea - however i never thought the lucrin or gonal f hurt actually i never felt them - however i always felt that dreaded trigger shot pregnyl (never look forward to that one) which you also have to have a couple of booster shots one prior to ET and one after ET so i would use that coin trick most definitely.
