Hi Sarah, i am currently using puregon and we opted to do them in the am only because we both got up at the same time each morning, so we do them at 7am each morning at the same time i take the Synarel, i chose not to do the at night only because i never knew if i had something on or if we would get called out to dinner one night etc i didn't want to have to take my injections with me, also a few times at the last minute we have been out somewhere straight from work which meant i didn't have them on me. Mornings worked best for us because we knew we would ALWAYS be here BUT it does mean on weekends we have to set the alarm to have them which is painful! But i guess with Alexzander you won't have that problem!
