Who has had success with a day 3 embryo TF

I just had a day 3 A grade embryo TF and was told the success rate is something like 20-30% it doesnt seem like great odd's.
Has anyone here had success with day 3 TF?

I posted in your other thread but out of 4 transfers (7 day 3's in total) I got a chem pg, a BFN, an ectopic and now have a 9 month old DD. So in my mind I had some form of success in 3 out of 4transfers.

I too have had success. My stimulated cycle was a BFN, but my first HRT FET resulted in a BFP and that was a day 3 transfer also.

Well i answered my own question i have a BFP with our 3 day embie,
