I'm not sure what state you're in but in Victoria the peak body for lawyers is called the Law Society and on their website they list which legal practices specialise in what area. In your case, you'd be after someone who specialises in industrial relations. Down here, you can have a 30min consultation free of charge so it's worth looking into if your state has something similar.
