Can do steamed fish asian style with most white fleshed fish. Just need thinly julienned fresh ginger and spring onion, also some chopped coriander and chili if you like. Dress with soy sauce mixed with some sugar/water, and hot oil.

1, steam fish till cooked through, put on plate
2, put the ginger and spring onion on top of fish
3, heat some oil (maybe a bit over a tablespoons per fillet, i just eyeball it) in a pan till smoking hot, pour on top of ginger/spring onion on fish so it all sizzles a bit, but doesn't cook the herbs
4, in same pan throw in the soy so it sizzles a little (maybe 2~3 tablespoons per fillet?), add sugar (maybe 1 tsp per fillet) and water to taste, and pour over fish
5, throw on coriander/chilli and enjoy

One of the easiest ways to cook fish, and IMHO one of the tastiest! You should be able to find a more precise recipe online somewhere :P
