I do lots of things with chicken breast...

Stuff it with Brie and baby spinach...

Wrap it in prosciutto and cook it on a bed of leek with some fresh thyme sprigs, splosh of wine and some knobs of butter...

Smash it and crumb it and call it schnitzel.

Cut into nuggets and dip in mayo then herbed bread crumbs and bake for nuggets. Awesome with sweet potato chips and garlic aoli

You can do ANYTHING with chicken breast...
