Marc makes a mean Veal Scaloppine very similar to this, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
Found this recipe in local magazine....
200g veal
1/4 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 small bunch sage
30grams mushrooms
15ml white wine
80ml cream
2 shallots
Pound veal with a meat mallet, cut into three even pieces and lightly flour them.
Put oil into hot pan and add finely diced onion & garlic. Saute until golden and season with salt & pepper.
Add veal with finely chopped sage and cook 5 mins.
Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Then deglaze with white wine, add cream and cook until it thickens.
Just before serving, add finely chopped shallots.
Serve on roast potatoes and seasonal vegies.
(I have yet to make this recipe, but it sounds sensational!)

wish my hubby could cook - would be nice to have a 'break'!!! LOL.
Caz
LMAO he has made 3 dishes in the 11 yrs I have been with him... once he made a fish dish which was awesome, another time he made scaloppine and then another time he made a roast... and the only reason was because I was laid up in bed during my pregnancy... So I can totally relate![]()
In remember years ago he made spagetti bol - it was the best and he has not made it since! I should maybe hint.....
Everytime I go out for Italian, despite LOVING pasta, I inevitably order the Veal Scallopine Ai Funghi! So now I can make it myself! Excellent!
And my DH has only cooked a few times for me.... but everytime has been delicious! Hopefully with lots of encouragement he may cook more often whilst I'm out of action!!
Its funny isn't it, they are good cooks but they just don't want to LOL! Maybe we should all have DH night to cookMarc does make weekend breaky's though. I was spoilt today with the creamiest scrambled eggs and crispiest bacon that ever was...
