    What to do with topside roast?

    I have a topside roast defrosting for DH and the kids for tomorrow nights dinner.
    Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to do with it?
    I have a slow cooker so I could use that as well as my oven.
    Any ideas will be more than appreciated

    Thanks heaps caro... I decided on the Bachelor Roast... fingers crossed they enjoy it

    Thanks again Caro... I used a version of the Bachelor Roast (which strangely enough, I have on my computer already!!! lol) but I didn't have much tomato sauce left, so I used a jar of tomato paste, loads of garlic, a can of tomatoes and shredded the cooked meat and had a type of bolognaise!!! DH and the kids loved it!!! It smelled glorious cooking too... Shame I couldn't eat any because of my diet lol.
