Oh yum....yum. Did I say yum?!

Maybe some baby potatoes? Steamed or roasted. Or some asparagus and green beans. Or a bean salad? Kalyn's Kitchen: Recipe for Middle Eastern Bean Salad with Parsley and Lemon (Balela)

Have you ever tried afghan bread. It would be awsome with that because it soaks juices really well.
Maybe a cous-cous and roast vege salad with some green beans and chickpeas in it?

Oooh tabouli (sp?) sounds good. I was going to suggest some couscous with some yummy vegetables. I often throw some mushrooms, capsicum, zuchini and red onion into a fry pan, then toss in some snow peas at the last minute then serve with couscous and lamb.
