Thanks ladies

I'm trying fresh fruit as suggested and will start on the warm water tomorrow morn.

Unfortunately OJ / apple juice etc gives me really bad heartburn (grrr) so that's out. Actually, water, apricots, iced tea, chocolate, anything with tomatoes .. they also give me heartburn. Oh and peanut paste (butter), honey, jam and onions.


But things at the other end are starting to work better and once that's sorted, the eating end.
