Hi Ladies,



I just felt a little lump on my gum so went and checked it out. I have a lump on my gum which probably takes up the whole area of what I guess would be root. I have to have a root canal on one of my teeth (can't recall which one) and am worried it is linked to that. Is root canal safe in pregnancy? I am petrified of the dentist at the best of times! Also, what does pyogenic granuloma look like? The lump doesn't hurt unless I press REALLY hard on it...
