I am so embarrassed to be posting this! I am 5 months pregnant and my partner currently has a cold sore. While fooling around the other night he gave me oral.

I did not think about it at the time but now I am quite worried. I have never had cold sores before. Can I catch this from him? Can it affect the baby?

I am too embarrassed to tell my doctor and ask these questions!
