Double damn and bugger. Had my gd follow up today with registras and specialists. the whole shebang. They have put me on two lots of insulin. Daytime and nightime long acting. Feeling a bit depressed and a failure, but i was totally up front with the doctors.
The doctor said is there anything more you could do to reduce your bsl"s. I said only if i sew my lips together!!There is nothing more i can do, i would starve.
The endocrine guy said it was important to get this all underway ASAP as i could only have another 7 weeks to go. Made it all hit home;a bit to REAL for me!So now we try and not worry and hope for the best.
