Thanks Belfie It is taking a bit of getting used to. It's not the actual diet I have struggled with, just the no eating for 2 hours after a meal before I test my BSL. I wouldn't normally eat then, but I think it's just because I know I can't that I want to!
I had a reading of 7.1 last night and 5.7 this morning and I was so annoyed with myself. I know it's barely over what it should be, but I don't know what I did for that to happen.
I have found my BSL after breakfast and lunch is always lower than my fasting BSL which I thought was weird. Anyone else had this happen?
