I didn't have the stitch done but I did have the fortnightly scans. Spent the whole time terrified but I didn't want to have an possible unneccessary operation that might cause more problems down the line.

The TVU's were no real trouble at all and I always got good measurements. I was also on regimented antibiotics which I hated but again took as a precautionary measure. Apart from all the interventions I had a trouble free pregnancy the third time around.

I lost my second child at 17w due possible to a low grade infection in the placenta.
