oh taz what you describe is exactly what I have underneath both of my arm pits. I never felt an itch so bad before to the point I could rip my skin apart and of course the more I itch the itchier it gets!I havent seen anyone about it though yet. But even the part where you mentioned it goes like sand paper on the skin and flaky, omg you really have described exactly what I got.
