DD had several medical problems, but she had severe IUGR and was delivered at 34+1 at only 1.6kg (3lb 12oz).

DS was born at 39+5 at 2.8kg (6lb5oz). So, a little on the small end but most babies in my family are around the 6-7lb mark.

I requested 2-3weekly scans with DS to keep a close eye on his growth.

    Good luck with everything.

I had 2 IUGR babies, but it was determined at the end of my 2nd pregnancy that I had a gene abnormality which causes low birth weight babies. My 3rd pregnancy was also a small baby 2 days before I had him I was told he was 4lb 11 (or something like that) he was born 4 weeks early (natural labour) weighing 5lb 13oz
