I have had SPD with each of my pg's and this time i have managed it really well, I have had regular massages throughout my pregnancy and doing little things like keeping my knees together at all times even rolling in bed, sleeping with a pillow between my legs and never lifting one leg off the ground so even when getting dressed sit on the bed to put your legs into your clothes. I also have a pelvic support belt that i use when it is really painful. It is a very common condition and alot of women get it at some stage towards the end. I had a few adjustments with my chiro and that really helped me too as my pelvis was twisted.
As for going into labour i haven't heard of that before if it is bad it can make some positions in labour difficult or painful.
As for the dreaded H word, i have had them with each pg also and as long as you don't get constipated and strain they can be pretty manageable too, sometimes they can cause trouble still but the constipation is what causes the most trouble for me and prune juice has been my saviour this pregnancy and i have only had one night of trouble so far (touch wood). The Dr i was seeing for my last DD told me that when they came out to get my DH to push them back in, i was horrified as if i would ask him to do that, but if you can do it yourself when they are bad then that can relieve some pain.
