I suffered from severe SPD when pregnant with my DS. The pain started when i was about 26 weeks along and I had no idea at the time what it was and had never even heard of the condition before. It wasnt until i was around 32 weeks that it was diagnosed and i was told that hydrotherapy can help as can a support belt. My DS was born at 34 weeks so i didnt really get a chance to try any of the methods advised but i have been told that you can suffer from the condition with each subsequent pregnancy. I also found that a body pillow was great in bed as you can wrap your legs around it which i found helped with the pain. I hope that you can find some kind of relief because i know first hand how bad the pain can be.
