Thanks ladies, after the night nurse practically stuffing a sleeping tablet down my throat( I was very against it, I don't like taking panadol when pregnant) & a ten hr sleep, I feel like me again.

I'm back to thinking I can do this & enjoy the last three weeks

I would not have made it this far( IVF & then all this) without the support of the BB community, no one else gets our journey. So thanks ladies

N2L I'm veteran pregnant barbie... Our nursery isn't completed & I'm just getting DH to buy lil clothes now. That post made me laugh how accurate it was.

BIG bleed this morning.... So scary when you know no ones sure who's bod it is for a minute till they hear the baby's heart beat. But it's only mine & it has settled a bit. The staff are an amazing support & I feel lucky to have them.

I think I'm aging 5yrs with every bleed till I hear that heartbeat!
Another steroid injection given just incase.

I can't wait for all this to be over, I know I'm lucky & I read other ppl's stories & I think I have nothing to complain about.

Ok well we now have a date for my CS 19th December. He will be 34 weeks & 3 days. So legs crossed for no heavy bleeding between now & then
How exciting!!! We have our CS on the same day!!!

I recently had a bleed which they can't find a reason for... May I ask how they diagnosed your vasa previa???

Oh YAY, how exciting Lady Tess our babies will have the same birthday(hopefully).
I had complete placenta previa grade 4 diagnosed at 20 weeks & then after a few big bleeds at 24 & 25 weeks, another scan showed the placenta had broken down & the vessel was exposed between the two lobes.

Oh how scary... And it must suck in hospital. I know I was only stuck in there for a week and I went kooky. But I am nowhere near high risk as you, they let me go home, but I am under strict bed rest. 19 days to go.... Do you know if you are morning or afternoon surgery??

Yes it's making me a lil sensitive being here for three weeks & now it's bed rest & toilet only. I'm not allowed to even shower today.
    I trust they know best.
I'm scheduled for a 12:30 delivery at this stage, what about you??
    We can count down together

    18 days to go!! Haha

I am in for the 1.20pm surgery. I would've prefered the first thing in the morning. But I didn't get a choice...

Yes 18 to go can't wait. I would've like morning also, on the day it'll be like a kid waiting to unwrap Xmas presents & having to wait.

I hope both our CS are smooth sailing & our bubs are healthy & strong.

Bleeding is very light today good news but a very quiet bubs.

    Ok this a whinge.....

Y'day I had pains & on the ctg I had an irritated uterus. Had some pain relief nothing changed much.

    Very light fresh blood loss.
Nurses said let's just let your Dr know & I said he won't care. I'm so over him & over this...

I know it's 2 weeks to go but now I have to put up with pain as well....

I'm sure it prob's settled but I think I'm nearly at the end of my tolerance level.
To top it off my DH says just take it easy... Ummm I've been in a hospital bed for weeks what do you think I'm doing.....

    Oh Bex I am sorry!!

It would beat you down a little. Eventually they have to take mental anguish into account , but I am so proud of you. You are doing great. And in just 2 weeks buns will be Alot stronger.

I really would've preferred to wait that little longer. May have meant that we wouldn't have feeding issues. And under 2 kilos and they can't regulate their temp, so they need to be in nursery.

Hang in there babe. You have done so well. Xx

It's all settled & I'm back on track! Feeling more positive & 12 sleeps to go. I've made friends with four other ladies on the ward so we are meeting in someone's room for morning tea this morning.
It great to have company with ladies in similar situations.
    It helps the day pass.
    33 weeks Friday yAY

Twelve sleeps?! Meh....You can do that standing on your head (although both your OB and I don't advise it )
Think of it as the Twelve Days of Christmas. Not long until you get your partridge in a pear tree

    Take care x

Thanks N2L. After today I've thought the same what is 12 days... I survived this far!
I will certainly be looking at it as the 12 days of Xmas...

I need to make a baby advent calendar...

I can't wait. Had a tour of special care & saw the tiny bibs & a nurse showed us a baby that will approx the size of our baby & it was little but there were smaller so I'm feeling ok about it all.

    Hope your doing well.
