Garlic and probiotics works for all thrush not just vaginal. If you dont have vaginal thrush you just take garlic orally.

Don't forget lemon in your water!

Helps reduce acidity in your body. You might assume it is acidic, but it has an alkaline affect in the body. Almonds are also awesome for reducing acidity.

Fresh lemon To save time you could slice up a whole one (or several) and store it in the freezer, then drop one in your glass for an icy lemon in water
