Does anyone know if the antibiotics that they give you for Strep B and/or the one they give you in a C-section are prone to encourage thrush?

If so what can I do between now and Tuesday to help remove the change of thrush of the nipples rearing it's ugly head?

Unfortunately I'll be on double the course of the one they give you for c-section due to complications last time.
