    i'd take her to the doctor it could be fungal or bacterial.

    The poor little tyke. Diarrhoea burns the skin, so it doesn't take very long for a little one in nappies to get nasty blisters. The best thing you can do I think is just keep putting zinc cream or lanolin on (paw paw will probably help also), to not just soothe, but also protect from further pain if there is another poo. I would also keep her out of nappies as much as possible to give it some air - I know that's not going to be easy if she has diarrhoea but you can probably find a way!
